My family has been patients with this office under Dr. Mu for over 20 years. He is always compassionate and tends to our needs. I absolutely love Will the PA there-- amazing help, however, today my daughter had to see Malinda Knowles. This lady was rude the minute she walked thru the door. She humiliated my teenage daughter and brought tears to her eyes. If she can't do her job with some kind of compassion and willingness to understand the needs of patients, then maybe she needs to find a new calling. I will never again allow her to step foot into a room with any of my family members.

After being a long time patient of Dr Moranda, today was my first visit with Will Nesbitt. He was so incredibly thorough, and very helpful and understanding regarding a condition we discussed. Thank you so much for your help, I’m happy to be seeing you for my primary care needs!

Doctor Miranda and Lilly are great. They run this office efficiently. Appointments are on time, don't think I or my family have been in for longer than 30 minutes. Would have gone five stars but sometimes there is a wait to get an appointment, such as it goes for a popular Doctors office.

I came to this practice following my PA, Will Nesbitt who recently joined the Mountain View TEAM. Will is an incredibly kind and compassionate man who values and considers your input. He carefully researches and passes along his findings in a very logical and understandable conversation that never feels one-sided. I am a difficult patient because I am an RN and Will is always willing to listen and allows me to vent my concerns. My wife has always been seen by females but she now is a patient of Mr. Nesbitt. There is a reason for that! The Staff is courteous and attends to every call or inquiry in a prompt, professional manner. Mr. Nesbitt has an excellent supporting MA and in my opinion, Mountain View sits on top of the heap! Brilliant acquisition. Regards, Mark Bishop

Well, I can't complain. The professional staff and support staff have always responded to my needs. My requests are timely. So, I am impressed with the knowledge and personal interest both Dr. Mu and Melinda Knowles, FNP, have taken in me. I want a doctor to educate me about my meds and if something is not right for me, tell me. I do not know Dr. Moranda personally, but one time when I was out of state, she responded to a pharmacy request personally. I always get the referrals I need to other professionals. I like it that their office is somewhat small, and they don't have 6-10 doctors in their practice. I am happy to see a waiting room NOT filled up with overflow.

Physician assistant Stephanie Sublet was a great match for my aging mother and we will miss her. That is the reason for the two stars. The good ends there. Dr. Solkovits would probably be wise to rethink his daughter running his office. She is not only abrasive but is also a liar on a power trip. I will not miss the horrible interactions with her. The rest of the staff I interacted with were kind and caring it is unfortunate that she spoils it for them. I would advise finding any other primary care physician to avoid this girl and her lies, manipulations, and obvious insecurities.

I'm always rushed out the door, even when I still have questions. The office staff are unorganized and schedule my appointments wrong.

Morgan is fabulous as our PA, but the office staff really needs to work on their organization skills. Anything that requires follow up for work outside of an office visit is non-existent. I have had to coordinate any referrals needed from this office and it has taken way too long for specialist referrals, meds , ect. Its Billing has sent me to collections multiple times before I even get a bill. That is an office management problem. I hope Dr. Solkovits can hire an office manager who can do their job. And train their staff to follow up on any referrals, prior auths, etc.

Malinda Knowles and her Medical Assistant, Brittany, are always quick to respond to my questions with caring concern. Kaylin, Amanda, and Lilly in the front office are always pleasant and helpful. I have referred my mom and two friends to Malinda and they have all said positive things about the staff at Mountain View Family Medical. Malinda does a great job of handling my primary care needs and, in my opinion, does a great job of coordinating my care with my various specialists. Personally, I tend to prefer NPs over MDs as I think they are more 'total patient' centered because of their nursing training. I came to this practice because of Malinda (I saw her at her former location) and because she is very qualified and makes me feel confident in her abilities to care for me.

My first visit to Mountain View Family Medical Group very positive. From the time of arrival for my appointment until I was seen was minimal. I was seen by Malinda Knowles with regards to hypertension and diabetic questions. Conversation with Malinda was very pleasant and enlightening. I found her knowledgable, thorough and confident in her profession. She is not a time waster, she is very knowledgable, direct in conversation, and factual with advice. Malinda is definitely an asset to the Medial Group and I appreciated her time.
