I have nothing but the highest praise for Mark and and his lovely wife. I've been there for several years now. I've had quite a few other storage lockers in my time over the years, but this is by far the best people that I've ever rented a storage locker from hands down

We stored our travel trailer in the back. the spots are large and there is lots elbow room to get lined up and backed in. My wife was able to back in with no problems. The owners are always around checking on everything.

I have had a storage unit with Bobbie and Mark for 12+ years! They are as nice as they come. The units are clean and insulated. They keep the area well groomed and under a watchful eye. I love these guys! If I ever need to get a unit again in Redding I would go back in a heart beat. Highly recommend!!

Although this review is very belated, it has no bearing on my view of this company.
A little over a year ago I had to find a storage in an area of northern CA where I could be assured my RV would be safe for the winter, just in case I sold my house in WA in the winter and needed snow-free access to my RV for short-term living.
I was fortunate enough to connect with NorCal Storage. I arrived in Oct '22 and was warmly greeted by both owners. I confessed to needing help backing my trailer in to the area they had assigned to me. The owner's uncle was on-site and was more than happy to help me.
In late December of '22 I did indeed need to use my RV for temp. living and arrived to find 2 dead house batteries in my RV. The owner (I'm sorry I can't recall names) helped me problem-solve how, where, and then to install new batteries.
Where else would you find this kind of friendly helpful service in a RV storage facility?
The grounds of the storage are clean, flat, immaculate and extraordinarily secure. This applies whether you are renting a storage unit or renting space for an RV. The rates are in line with all other storage units I contacted (9 others sites.)
I hope I never have to store my RV 2 states away to avoid local weather conditions but if I needed RV storage in northern CA for any reason, I would definitely call Nor-Cal Storage first.

Mark and Bobbi are the best. Customer service 5 star. Location 5 star. Kindness of owners 5 star. Family owned and reasonably priced and very clean.

Cussed at my dad claiming he owns the sidewalk and road asking what's your name and what is your address. Why are you here meanwhile that hasn't happened to us for 3 years walking our dog out there.also didn't give us his information very bad do not go here

My boys have a storage here. Wish one of these storage units would be available 24/7 but it's safe clean and never had any problems whatsoever. So...Def recommended.

Omg Mark is such a nice man. He takes the security of clients stored items personally.Kind of like all for 1 and 1 for all three musketeers attitude.We've stored with Nor Cal for last 3 years.We appreciate Nor Cal Storage.They have been there for us at 1 of our toughest times.Thank you

These are some nice storage units. The gate is secure and I feel comfortable leaving my items here. Besides units, they also have vehicle and trailer parking in the back. That is convenient when you don't want your motorhome taking up your whole driveway.

Amazing experience! The owners were very friendly and timely in having everything ready. Clean and insulated units. Competitive rates. I closed out my unit a couple of weeks before the month was over and they gave me a refund for my unused time. Would recommend and would absolutely use this storage in the future.
