I have only been able to go to Norms 2 times but both times were great experiences. He was very helpful and made what was seeming like a difficult issue (fused taillight bulb) into a non issue and fixed it day-of. The second time was getting my honda set to drive long distance. Norm went above and beyond ensuring my car was fully maintained with no issues, everything topped off and ready to go. He is the only person I recommend bringing your Honda and I can't recommend him enough.

Norm is very friendly and knowledgeable. I always bring my 2002 Honda Odyssey Van to him.

Norm's honda Only. Is a great shop to bring you car to . Norm does quality work, I tried doing something on my car but just found my self digging a deeper hole. I brought my car to Norm's Hondas Only he diagnosed my car , repair it , he made it look so easy..
I will no longer assume that I can do this.
When Norm's is there I know my car is in outstanding hands, and I don't have to worry about going down the road or on long trips. Thank you Norm's Hondas Only.

I have a Honda CR-V and live 150 miles away from Norm's in an area where I would rather not use the local service options. I didn't want to make another local appointment to drop my vehicle off and have it serviced whenever someone got around to it. So, based on positive reviews, I took a chance on making an appointment with Norm's and drove there for service.There was a miscommunication on my model but Norm ordered and received the correct parts in town quickly once that was resolved.I was able to drive away in a couple of hours and arrived back home by the afternoon. It was no hassle at all.Norm took a couple of minutes at the end to explain to me how I could do some more visual diagnostics on the vehicle myself, quickly pointing out a few relevant parts with his flashlight. He obviously didn't have to do that, but this is going to save me a lot of time later.The prices were very fair. When I looked up the services on Google for approximately what they should cost, Norm charged me around that amount. He also said for some things he wouldn't charge too much extra for if I wanted them done at the same time. This was much different than places I am used to who will charge me twice for taking apart the same thing once. Even with $50 in gasoline, the service was very affordable.I'll be spending all my vehicle maintenance budget with Norm as long as his business is still open. I'd be confident to recommend this business to anyone who has a Honda. My vehicle now runs a lot better than it did before and I feel like the money I spent went to someone who deserves it for quality work and excellent customer service.

Norm is awesome. He will never give you the run around or false expectations. Pricing is always fair and he gets the work done quickly. If there is a cheaper and faster solution he will let you know

On our way up to Redding for vacation the check engine light came on in my 2013 Honda Pilot. We were driving from the Bay Area and I was concerned that I would have car problems while on vacation and not know the area. When I called Redding Crown Honda, I got no help unless I wanted to pay to have the car checked. This was not an option since the car was just at Dublin Honda 7 days prior for diagnostics and repair. Why would I pay to have the car checked again? I called Dublin Honda, hoping they would work with Crown Honda, and get it checked for free. Guess what? Dublin Honda doesn't warranty their work, just the part. I ended up going to an O'Reilly Auto Parts store in Redding. A nice man checked the car for free but unfortunately he couldn't get a read from the car's computer. He recommended I go see Norm and spoke highly of him. Norm took a look at the car for free, gave me a recommendation, reset the computer and sent me on my way. He was so nice, respectful, and understanding. He took the stress away while on vacation and for that I'm so grateful. We need more men like Norm, in this world, especially in the world of auto repair. Thank you Norm!!

I donât know much about cars but when your brakes start squeaking you know itâs time to get them looked at lol. I had put it off for quite awhile and assumed it was going to be quite expensive but Norm was able to get me in a day earlier to check out what was going on with both my breaks and engine for an extremely fair price. I am highly satisfied and wonât go anywhere else. Highly recommend! He does all the work himself and is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Very grateful my Dad recommended him, thank you Norm!

This is a 20-year-old story but it seems almost like yesterday I remember it so vividly. I had an oil pan plug leak and I went to some other shop to have their opinion and they said you need a new oil pan. we tried to get a used one from one of the salvage yards and there are none available so you need a new oil pan it was like $300-$350 they wanted to do the work. It was not an option for me at that time this is when I knew very little about car repair. So I went to Hondas only and they diagnose the problem and it was the problem but the difference was all they did was turn the threads on the oil pan that was on there a size larger put a new plug on it and he charged me $0.00. I said I have to pay you something and he said youâre OK or something to this effect and would not let me pay him anything. It was an unforgettable experience. So if you really want an honest place to take your vehicle to and youâre in the Redding area or even close go there. I am only sorry I didnât comment sooner thank you so much Normâs!!!!!

Norm is a very experience & very knowledgeable mechanic, he knows his stuff. He takes the time and at fair prices that you can't get anywhere else. I encourage any Honda owner to go see Norm if they have any problem with there Honda, he's very honest and won't give you a run around & get your car done and ready for you all in the same day.
