One of my favorite companies! They are always on top of things quickly. The results are usually the same day, and billing is pleasant.The staff, simply wonderful. Any company that needs drug testing should go there. We have been using them for many years..I highly recommend !

In all the years that I have lived in Redding, calif. and worked here I have never heard a bad thing about North State Drug Testing Lab. I worked for a criminal defense lawyer here in town and we sent all of our clients there. They were extremenly professional with all concerns to what we needed. They were always there when we needed them and we could call at any time and they would accomodate us. Thank you North State Drug Testing Lab and the people that work there for doing us and the Community your Service. I will continue to recommend them to all who need this service.

I highly recommend. I recently have had to started getting tested weekly for family court purposes and I have had such a wonderful experience! Kelsey has been nothing but pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. She has always been professional and personable. Also test results are ready within one hour. 5 panel is $30 and 10 panel is $50. I am very pleased with all my service here. Don't go anywhere else!

Once upon a time, I had a pre-employment drug test scheduled here and had the unfortunate chance to meet the old owner, a rude and judgmental hag of a woman. Today I had yet another pre-employment drug screen and was informed that the previous owner retired, leaving Kelsey in her place. She was incredibly professional and informative. I would say ignore the bad reviews, those are usually positives lol. No shortcuts at this place, come clean and no issues.

These people are a joke! I have never in my life had a reason to be failed on a drug screen. Since my temp was in the higher side (still within tolerance at 99) I was failed. These people were rude, didn’t check my I’d, and handled my sample without gloves. They facility called my perspective employer with concerns of an illegitimate test (thankfully my new employer isn’t ignorant). This company is not on the up and up. A failed test is inevitable at this facility. Do you’re self a favor and find another testing facility, because I’m not the only one that’s has this specific problem, nor the only bad review.

I’d prefer to give 0 stars but can’t do that. I called and spoke to a woman for 45 minutes asking all the proper questions about how the testing works if they call to notify as we were looking for a new test sight for my ex. The woman let me know they notify and that I had nothing to worry about as they also do the panel I needed. I called back to finish signing up and giving them the order the owner mind you owner as she stated her self to be told me they don’t notify and the woman lied to me. I asked for the woman’s name she told me it was irrelevant and I didn’t need to know it. I stated I did as I had to call my attorney since we went to court on this woman’s word. She yelled at me and told me to find a new place. Please save yourself some time and do not ever go here. Very unprofessional.

The new owners are great! The staff is amazing and their services are speedy and accurate. They reassure you especially when you've had to deal with other drug testing places not actually following the rules and making sure the sample actually came from the person and not from a hidden bottle with someone else's urine. Very professional and friendly! I have and will continue to recommend this facility for all drug/alcohol testing purposes!
