Great store, awesome products, really helpful staff for the most part. I wish they carried less fitaid and focused on more widly pallatable hydration. Riley is incredibly helpful and insightful, always trying to make sure you get the best product for you instead of upselling. 10/10

So I recently decided to start getting back into working out. I don't take much of anything but because of the low calorie count I'm sticking to I knew I needed a good protein powder. I spent a bit of time online researching and ultimately found Hydropro that Nutrishop carries. I don't live in Redding anymore, but the local Nutrishop here in OR had closed. So I called this store and spoke to Gavin on the phone. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product. Explained the difference between this protein powder and regular whey protein and answered a number of my other questions. I just received the product and am happy with how easy it mixes with just water. Thanks for all the help Gavin.

I would avoid this place like the plague. The owners are full on lying crook’s. There’s a reason they don’t show you the prices until you get to the register and get rung up. It all depends on who you are as to how much they charge. Let alone the fact they know nothing about the products they sell. They are in it to rip people off.

Nutrishop is easily the best place to get your weight gain/ weight loss supplements. I love the gainer protein shake powder and also the preworkout. Very good and informative service as well

Always helpful, informative, and great staff. The products they carry work well for what they need to do, and they don't try to sell you anything. Just inform you on what the product does and leaves the decision to you.
