Lisa went above and beyond with customer service. I made copies a day prior that were too lite so I came back the next day to remake them. Lisa helped me and remade my copies at no charge without me asking. She is an angel! Thank you!!

The place is disgusting with its overpowering damp mold-like stench that hits you as soon as you walk through the doors and permeates strongly throughout the sales floorspace, with pink fiberglass insulation particles falling on you to make you itch and inhale it from the endless number of tattered, gigantically ripped open ceiling spots. The staff don't really mind, they are wage slaves without a union and ready to get whatever illnesses that place will give them and go live in a hospital or outright croak from the bad exposure to possible asbestos. As a customer I will be trying to forever avoid that building after a terrible experience of exposure and choking the whole way from entry to checkout. Tell corporate that site is a lawsuit ready to happen in a BIG way!! Heck, I am considering using for what we went through. Let's talk settlement and possibly some repairs, Office Depot!

Have proofs sent to my email of files I sent in, they printed them wrong when client went to pick them up. They refused to reprint them, saying they were right. Offered no help to rectify the Issue. Will never print here again. Go elsewhere. Second mistake in 2 months.

Tim at Office Depot helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Had it not been for his help I would've grabbed the wrong items and been very sad. He helped me to find items on the high shelves that I would've totally missed.(I'm short) He is a very courteous, kind and professional employee. An asset to the company. Thank you so much Tim. Office Depot, Redding CA offers the BEST copy and print services, general office equipment and supplies. Their Staff are always helpful and compassionate. We're very fortunate to have them as our "go to" office supply and printing store in North State!

The store is Always very clean shelves are stocked great sale displays usually find what I'm looking for. Customer Service Clerks are friendly & knowledgeable. Check out is a breeze.
