They have had several mangers since I have had my storage unit, 2021. They keep n records of payments units run down , you can never get a hold of anyone on the phone. They have a new Manger on site, she lives with her boy friend , there living out of the office it's a mess,when you do gothrough the gate your attacked by there pit bull. They are never available and if your fortunate to catch one its in the afternoon looks like they just woke up. She's also very rude. Do not recommend.

Keeps your stuff safe. I appreciate the rat poison at the door ...but the staff is almost never there. No answering phone calls. Only way to pay is mail.

I've used these guys for several months now and they are friendly, helpful and kind. They have worked with me as I'm a contractor and have odd hours but they've accommodated me when I need tools from my unit. I would recommend them to anyone needing a storage unit. David Turner Redding Cali.
