Benji. Gets. It. Done. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩 I will recommend Only 1 Benji and his team again and again. Benji is creative, hardworking, smart, communicative, and he just gets it done. One example is, I did not agree with the appraisal on my home, Benji was able to get my appraisal reevaluated by noticing that the homes nearby may have been within the suggested range, but one closed higher than what the listing was so he had it updated to increase the value of my home’s appraisal. Benji is the man, go to Benji.

My experience with this company has been nothing but wonderful. Being a first time home buyer in November of 2023, Garrett still to this day (September 2024) answers all of my calls and answers every question I have. No kidding this guy has saved me from many melt downs worried something is wrong, off, or any worry about being scammed. Garrett has been a real blessing to this amazing experience my family and I are going through.

Benji cost my friend thousands of dollars due to his lethargy. He sat on her loan paperwork for almost five months while interest rates rose higher and higher. After several calls and being blown off for weeks she finally went into his office and fired him in person. She got a new loan officer and everything was taken care of with in two weeks. If zero stars was an option that's what we would give him.

Wow!!! is what I have to say!!! Benji and his team were very professional and fun.. My husband and I couldn't be any happier with Benji and his team. They were quick and got us closed in 30 days while keeping us in the loop.. They are a fun group and made buying a house easy.. Troy and I want to thank all of you for being Awesome. Jamie his wife is an awesome person,as is Garrett his assistant..I highly recommend using them.

I went through another company for the loan that closed on the 14th. I was frustrated and confused and I spent an hour with a gentleman I do not recall his name. He answered every question and gave a little advice. I am so thankful for people like that. It tells me Only 1 Banjo is about helping people. So when interest rate drop guess where I am going....The north pole no.... Only 1 BenjiThank you for helping me.

RefinanceMy 90 day nightmare.6 years ago My wife and I used benji office when we bought our house we delt with Benji himself went pretty smooth.But when I tried to refinance I call in November of 21 they said we can do it I have a 740 credit .They didn't follow threw with anything I had call or text always asking what's going on . we finally signed papers on Feb 5 it's over no they didn't pull the payoff on my solar.just made up some numbers they were wrong they are changing me .25% more on the rate than we locked in but now we backed in Conner and just trying to get out of it .They said we had to resign papers to day. They never showed up I called and now it's maybe Monday they say.This is a real warning I would not use them agan

After months of empty words i finally signed escrow papers. After the cooling off period and on the day it was to fund they pulled it back to underwriting and sabotaged my loan. Maybe because they didn't want to honor the interest rate that I made them stick to. Several calls to Benji and not one call back. Finally went to Dori Warren at Guild Mortgage and got it done. Im just glad there is only one Benji.

Benjis team did a awesome job on our purchase 2 years ago and refinance this year. We called a few different lenders and Benji had the best deal with rates and fees. It was smooth easy process. I know the process can be stressful but they did an awesome job with communication. Benji was great, Garrett did a great job as well. We will definitely use them In the future. Thank you!!!!
