I went in at 7pm this evening to exchange 2 fish. Adriana called Mariah to the to the fish department. After about 10 minutes I walked up to Mariah and asked if someone was coming to the fish department. She rolled her eyes and stated "Ugh, I didn't hear the page, I'll be with you in a moment." At 7:30 Mariah was seen holding a guinea pig and when she saw me started giving me a dirty look. I went to Adriana and said that I was still waiting for help with fish. She apologized and asked Mariah to help us out. Mariah declined to help. A gentleman came up to me and stated he was taking a test in the back and was apologizing up and down for the wait and service. He did a fabulous job getting everything sorted out. Adriana and him were fantastic but Mariah was the worst and rude as hell. She doesn't need to work in customer service!

The cashier has an attitude and no personality ?. No receipt Givin. She constantly cuts you off when trying to speak.

I was trying to find something for my dogs allergies and the gentlemen working cashier in Petco showed me where I was supposed to go and what I needed to find. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I would definitely go back and try talking to him again.

I've never met an unfriendly employee at Petco, and they have one of the widest selections of products for our beloved animals. While I believe everything we need for our pets nowadays is expensive, I found exactly what I needed at a reasonable price.

The place was clean but had a very strong musk but not your typical pet store musk. This was different, so i left. Not sure what's going on there but it isn't right.

The coupon didn’t work online but I was able to bring it in and the cashier made it work.
I just wish that you didn’t sell little animals live.. They looked so sad to me…I wanted to rescue them all. they didn’t look happy,

I usually go to the tractor supply but this time we were in town, so we stopped by Petco to buy a particular treat for a particular pet.
The employees were helpful even though it seemed like some customers are stealing pet food.
I say that but the way I was approached; on the other hand I understand the bad vibes that we all are dealing with and I pray that all go back to normal.
Good work petco.

Thay don't deliver out side of redding that sucks you got my dogs hooked on your food and now thay will only it that whole hearted small breed so it costs me 60 dollars + 37 for the food it wouldn't be so bad if you had it in 50 bl it would worth it to drive that 100 miles to get it.
