I just wanted to give a big shout out to our trainer Katey for such an amazing experience! We took the beginner and intermediate class. My partner, Taters, and I are very sad to see you go before we could do the advanced class, but are so grateful to have had this experience with you! Katey took every precaution to make sure Taters and her classmates were protected from parvo in her classroom while everyone was still waiting to get fully vaccinated, the dedication of our dogs safety and all the other dogs around her is admirable. She also was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Taters has progressed so much since the very first class. Katey has always gone above and beyond for us whether that be in or out of the classroom, answering any questions we may have had. Always helpful with tips and tricks. You can really tell when somebody loves the work they do, and that really shows in Katey’s training.

Katey has been incredible! She helped me train up our working-dog pup we got from the Tehama co shelter! That's right! I drive from Northern Tehama just to train with Katey! She made us feel right at home and taught me how to interact effectively with Azalea to encourage her to work with me. I really appreciate working with Katey in training.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The store was clean and stocked. The bottom line is PetSmart has stuff for pets, and will sell it to you!

Years ago we took both our puppies in for training with Chris. We ended up doing 2 classes with Chris because we enjoyed it so much and wanted advanced training. She taught us so much and is always available for any questions we have related to our dogs. She’s so good at her job. We appreciate everything she did for our dogs.

Thirteen years ago Chris had this little girl in her puppy class. Daisy was 5 months old! All the things Chris taught us stayed with her until her recent decline into old age!

Out of small crickets AGAIN, and no longer offer discount on raincheck. Dog beds were very expensive compared to Walmart and Amazon. Disappointing trip overall.

This is the second dog that Chris helped us train. The first one was so easy. The second one, not so much. Chris has been so patient with us. She is very knowledgeable and kind. We would recommend her to anyone with a new puppy.
