***DO NOT SHOP HERE*** Turned me away 30mins-1hr before closing after I drove 30 miles to get there. Not the first time I've been treated like crap. No tools in hand, wouldnt let me check to see if the part was out there. Go elsewhere for parts where they care about their customers.

I really want a reliable yard for car parts. Sometimes you score here. But half
the time the cars they say are in the yard aren’t even there at all. So you pay to enter, spend time driving there. Even call ahead to confirm and they often don’t have the car even there all since it’s already removed from the yard. They don’t always scan them out. So it’s frustrating. They need a drone to check the yard at all times for people to know if the cars are there.

Wow! Not sure if there is new ownership.? Granted have not been in, in awhile. Customer service comes in the form of ABSOLUTELY NO TACT WHATSOEVER!
Let me take that back one gentleman on the yard ( maybe mid 30s, long salt and pepper beard advised me they weren’t open yet, in a very kind manner) and I walked back up front to wait.
Then came the big “Hispanic “ man out of an upstairs office yelling at me that I couldn’t wait where I was waiting for the next 30 seconds for him to open… I went and got in my car and proceeded to pull out! As I did so the doors still weren’t open and this was 9:05… people just really don’t give a crap anymore…! Oh well, used to be my favorite spot!! And they wonder why we all shop online???

The current manager and bald overweight guy who works the desk are going to run this place into the ground. Extremely rude, the manager even threatened me. Bout a visor, forgot the receipt. Came back next day to exchange and guy remembered me but said he can't help me. He remembered me and the part its the next day. After rudely saying he could do a 20 perecent discount I asked the managers name.. he blew up on me and told his guy at the counter to cancel the discount and stormed away.Crazy businesses are being run this way. away. Ive been a customer here for 15 years. Too bad

DO NOT come here if you are selling your car. The guy told me it would take 45 min. We waited for 5 hours!!! Just for him to give us the check. They wouldnt give us any updates, we had to keep trying to ask them and they acted as if we were bothering them. I told them we had our 5 month old baby with us and there was still no urgency, it was ridiculous. Some people shouldnt be in customer service with the way they treated us.

This one star is for the answering /call service that pick n pull uses. Not the actual employees there. Heaven is the woman's name she gave, she was rude and short on the phone. I couldn’t understand her and she spoke fast. She was speaking English so it wasn’t a language barrier problem. I mean she either doesn’t like her job or she gets off and enjoys being rude to customers. Making the phone call very difficult. She was laughing at one point and saying incorrect things. I had to make sure she was getting all the right info to schedule my appointment correctly. There were lots of people talking in the background like she was in a call center. It was loud and off putting to try and yell numbers and information to her while other people are talking in the background. Phone call kept cutting out and we played the “ can you hear me know” game for a while as well. I hated this experience and if I didn’t NEED to sell an older vehicle I would never call again. I would just go in, in person for any future needs.

I gave them a call at 9:00 this morning to get a price on a part and the gentleman I spoke to is extremely rude he put me on hold so long that I called back and when I called back he was like oh it's you again then when he told me the price of the part I didn't understand what he said and when I asked him what he said he yelled at me and then was like okay goodbye and just hung up on me

Called and asked for a price check for a part, was on hold for 7 mins, then I hung up and Called again, the guy was rude on the phone, like I was a inconvenience that I asked for a price.
You can tell he was either having a bad day or hates talking to customers.

YOUNG GUY WORKS COUNTER IS PROBABLY MY ONLY PROBLEM WITH THE PLACE . HE BE TALKIN RUDE SOMETIMES TO WERE I HAVE TO STOP MYSELF FROM RECIPROCATING BACK ALMOST EVERY OTHERTIME I TALK TO HIM..OTHER THEN THAT FANTASTIC EVERYTHING CUSTOMERS SERVICE ,PRICE, AWSOME

Place is a mess with no help from the employees. Nothing in order and parts get destroyed out there. You can literally watch people steal everything and walk out the front walk way. Seen 1 guy put parts in his tool bag and walk out.

Insanely expensive anymore. You can get new, reproduction, or parts from a place that pulls it for you and come out close to even. Pick n pull isn't worth the time and effort anymore. They savings isn't there.
