Wonderful people!
My tire pressure sensor said I had low pressure in one tire. I was on a long drive and stopped here to get my tires checked. The guy checked all four tires and said the pressure in all of them was correct and that it is probably a bad sensor. He wouldn't let me pay him anything. I really really appreciate the help and would absolutely come here again!

So they have Flaco‘s tacos in their parking lot so on my way to work I stopped to get a burrito. Ask the gentleman if I could use his bathroom as he smoking cigarettes in his shop and told me no I wouldn’t go to this place the owner of this place is a jerk and rude as hell.

I called to ask for help and I am inexperienced but instead of helping me figure it out he said ok and then hung up. He literally didn't help at all and maybe said 3 words before hanging up.

I called pitsop 2:30 sunday. website says they close at 4:00. They said they were closing early at 3:30. I said i would be there at 3:00. Then they told me they would be closed at 3:00 and hung up on me.

Let me just tell you that Pit Stop Tire Depot literally went above and beyond with changing our tires. They stayed open late to make sure we were able to get our flat tires fixed so my family could get home. They are extremely friendly, AMAZING rates, and did an excellent job. Great customer service too.

This guy was rude as hell. I asked about some tires he had displayed used, but in good shape, he said they were sold but had new ones. He was bullshittin ...He gave me a price on new ones. They were smaller than I wanted and he said the ones outside (used ones) won't work on my truck. They were exact size of the ones I have on my truck. So basically they were for sale he just wanted to trick me into new ones. I asked "so the ones outside aren't sold" he answered "no but won't work on my truck" New ones were better .. lol. I left and he was mad dogging me the whole way. Be warned , this dude a swindler. He seemed drunk or on pills or something. I

Called to ask about pricing on tires was told they don’t have them in stock i then asked if they could get them in and was hung up on. Maybe a bad day or something but definitely bad service ??
