Please be careful. My mother in law was transported through precious cargo and it ended up in a physical accident that resulted in a hospital bill for my father in law. The company has no regard for the people they are transporting

For the type of business they provide, they certainly could learn how to be a little more trauma informed when a family member passes away. They brought my mom to our home during her last few days to begin hospice before passing, and for nearly a month forgot to charge her debit card, and by that point everything was reconciled after her passing, they came to me (next of kin) to collect her debt. When I explained that I didn't have the money at that moment, the woman got aggressive with me on the phone and threatened to send me to collections. She went from A-to-Z in about five seconds, which unfortunately triggered me into a massive trauma response being that I had just quit my job to care for my mother and her last days. I was within a few days of my mom's celebration of life and I have this woman going off on me on the phone and threatening to send me to collections when I'm simply trying to figure out how to pay the last few little bits of debt on my mom celebration of wife. There are ways to collect a debt, and a more professional way than the way Joleen did it. Perhaps if they were doing business appropriately and in a timely manner, they wouldn't have to follow up with family members to collect their deceased loved ones debt. Since then I heard from countless people on their unfortunate experiences with Precious Cargo's lack of proper business management and their offensive approach to collecting debts. Not to mention that it wasn't even my debt, but I would've been willing to pay it as soon as i recovered from the funeral and burial expenses. I think most of us know that everyone has to run a business and collect on services rendered, however had she asked a little bit nicer things would have went much smoother. From that point on, the owners granddaughter Joleen and her minions began to harass us and call my husband's business of which they had to stalk me on social media to find, left nasty messages on my deceased mothers phone, as well as calling me on my phone with false names and all kinds of other bizarre behaviors. This business simply should be shut down. They are beyond unprofessional.

For 10 yrs. Precious Cargo has been amazing.Partnership's new policy sent me to (2) other companies. Both DENIED my pick up! And DID NOT. Inform me. Missed appt..please tell PARTNERSHIP (if u use them) you want ONLY PRECIOUS CARGO to drive you. If you don't use Partnership. ,this is the best Transport co. In the business

I called to find out if they take medicate/medical. I explained that I need to go to the ER because I can't move my shoulder. I am disabled without a car available to take me. It's not an emergency so an ambulance would not be covered by my insurances. I do not have any extra money to take a cab or ride share. I then politely asked if she knew of anyone who would do it. She got an attitude and said "everyone needs to eat" That was nasty and rude. I will probably have to spend my food money on a wheelchair cab. I need to eat too! I'm never taking their services. If they are that way on the phone, who knows how callous or dangerous they will be to a disabled person in a wheelchair while medically and physically vulnerable!

Absolutely disgusted with this transport company. They brought my mother home for her last few days on hospice and were more worried about their payment than their actual service. Refused to unload her from the van until they had payment. My dad was so upset with this company. Thank you for making this an absolutely horrible experience. Would never recommend anyone using this company.

Called my Mom on a Sunday afternoon to collect payment for transportation for my aunt, she had passed away and the credit card didn’t go through. Didn’t say anything about her passing when my Mom told them what had happened, just wanted to know how to get paid. Heartless company. ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON?!?!?Drivers were nice, front office needs some empathy training.
