I called to find out if they take medicate/medical. I explained that I need to go to the ER because I can't move my shoulder. I am disabled without a car available to take me. It's not an emergency so an ambulance would not be covered by my insurances. I do not have any extra money to take a cab or ride share. I then politely asked if she knew of anyone who would do it. She got an attitude and said "everyone needs to eat" That was nasty and rude. I will probably have to spend my food money on a wheelchair cab. I need to eat too! I'm never taking their services. If they are that way on the phone, who knows how callous or dangerous they will be to a disabled person in a wheelchair while medically and physically vulnerable!

Called my Mom on a Sunday afternoon to collect payment for transportation for my aunt, she had passed away and the credit card didn’t go through. Didn’t say anything about her passing when my Mom told them what had happened, just wanted to know how to get paid. Heartless company. ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON?!?!?Drivers were nice, front office needs some empathy training.

I live off happy valley Rd in a park , Everytime they come in they do not follow the speed limit of 5 mph today just now second time they do not drive carefully through here I ask to follow the rules of speed limit their contract can get pulled ..iv had enough this guy today I tried to tell just looked me like whatever ..can't follow respect and rules don't come in here , that I have filed complaint w our office that's the second one .....

Precious Cargo in Redding California has terrible Customer Service on the Phone. And also Incompetent office workers. The drivers are excellent, but unfortunately they have to deal with working for a incompetent business that is not understanding their customers needs. The people needing their transportation service are sick and hurting, and family members are stressed and trying to help their loved ones.

Absolutely disgusted with this transport company. They brought my mother home for her last few days on hospice and were more worried about their payment than their actual service. Refused to unload her from the van until they had payment. My dad was so upset with this company. Thank you for making this an absolutely horrible experience. Would never recommend anyone using this company.

Why do you hire people that are so rude to answer your phones and take the ride request? dont you know that those are the people that makes the first impression of your company? I called to set up a ride for my patient and this guy answered the phone. I told him him where the patient is going and what day. He told me to hold on so he can check with the dispatcher and before he could put me on hold i said that she needs to be there before 1:30 pm and this guy with attitude basically told me "caaannn yooouuu hooold ooonnn.." Im like, Im just telling you the time man so you can tell your dispatcher all the info at once so you dont have to come back to me asking me what time.. so rude, and this is not the first time with him also.

Terrible company most of their positive reviews are from employees or family members. They say we treat you like family however if this is how they treat their family it is awful. Waited for my Mom to get picked up from her appointment after 3 calls the office staff were watching tv I can hear it in the background says they never received the phone call. Come on be better than that i heard the doctors office call and myself called twice . No matter how many people can comment with fake positive comments i am speaking from experience! About 5 or 6 years ago i had no issues now it has gone down down down i don't know how they're still in business

The drivers are always polite. Sometimes they can be late picking you up for an appointment but you usually get to your appointment on time. Biggest issue is pick up after appointment it can take anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour and a half

I wanted to say thank you so much.. to the office manager, James.. .as well as the driver, Pat for the help they provided me yesterday. I wanted to relocate my disabled mother to a safe location before it was an emergency fire evacuation. They arrived a bit early. I live in a rural and wooded area. The driver helped me not only with a smooth transition into the van, despite stairs, he also helped me load her items into the transport van as well as carry in many of her belongings into her new destination. I am truly grateful and appreciate your compassion and timely response.

This is a completely terrible company to use. The office staff is terrible and the drivers talk about other drivers along with the owner and how poorly they're paid. One of the drivers smelled like liquor their shirts are always wrinkled and smell like cigarettes. If you want your family member transported by somebody professional don't use this company. I also drove by the office and it looks like a junkyard! Complete trash
