The service wasn’t bad overall. However, the pricing is high for a basic medium set, I’ve had my nails for 5 days and the paint is already chipping. It would be fine if the set was $45, but I was charged $70 not including the tip.

I love this nail salon so much they are always so nice and friendly and helpful I actually left my nail salon that I had been going to for over 10 years a few months ago because they were awesome and the place I was going would make me feel like a burden every time I would come in even though I would always bring a friend and spend a lot of money so I start going to pro nail salon and I have no regrets they are amazing ??

Been going here for years. Never been treated the way my daughter and I was today by Julie the owner. Both got nails done and pedicure. We got 2-$30 pedicures and a fill $35 new set $50 but they said cost $175. Ok paid it. Lady who did pedicure had no clue what she was doing and scratched my legs up. Also she had a wrap on arm with gross stuff like infection. Once she took gloves off. I had her stop. Game over. Paid and left.

When I came in I asked if they could do a nail fill and the nail design I had on a photo(second photo). They said yes, sat me down and did something completely different. The guy that did them and the lady that was there both said sorry dismissively and charged me $50 dollars for such an ugly design. I'm very disappointed to say the least. Complete rip off... My nails are already lifting and it has not even been two weeks. The acrylic powder that my nail tech used burned my fingers. Not worth the $70 I paid.

The gentleman who does my nails is absolutely amazing. He really did great with this snowflake ❄️ set. This nail salon is also the cleanest salon I've been to. I've been attending here on and off for years. But, over the last 4 months they have become my nail salon. The owner is Fantastic and so is everyone really. Give em a try ♡ You won't be disappointed.

I was happy with my first visit so I returned. In getting a basic manicure and pedicure the technician insisted on using a grinder on my nail bed which did some damage. I found it to be a lazy approach to the service I requested. If you go there for acrylic or gel that seems to be their preferred method of business.

Oh I'm happy to clarify my last post that was months ago that the owner is now responding too. First of all the person I am referring too that you guys turned away was in a wheelchair. Secondly, you do not know when someone it disabled. Believe it your not I get disability with the VA. So, again I say this Salon has rude service and as a Social Worker I do not recommend it.
