We were passing through Redding on a road trip last week when we encountered engine issues. We contacted Brandon at Quality Auto Repair and explained the situation. Although they were fully booked for the day, he squeezed us in. Frankie, the owner, took the time to personally drive our vehicle over the next two days and ran diagnostics to attempt to identify the issue. In the meantime, we were able to rent a vehicle and continue on our trip and pick up our vehicle on our way home. Frankie and his team are honest and professional and we are so thankful to have encountered them in the midst of our crisis. Highly recommend this business.

By far one of the best shops in Shasta period! They are fantastic in every way possible! Unbeatable prices. No issues getting you scheduled in quickly. Will only be going to them for all vehicle needs!

Brandon was condescending toward my mother and I as our car had recently broken down and we were wondering if anyone would be able to help us. Suffice to say, he did not help, although he did point us in the direction of someone who did.

Amazing shop and amazing people. Had a big oil leak on a road trip, left it here overnight and these guys fixed it up in record time with exceptional service and price. 10/10 would recommend!

These guys saved my bacon. My F150 water pump blew at midnight traveling on I5 Saturday night. First thing Monday morning gave them a call, they squeezed me in on got me out at 1. Fair price, friendly reasonable folks. Love these guys!

Website states that they are a full-service shop for Teslas. They are not. Told me to take it somewhere else. Maybe don't advertise a service that you do not have.

What an absolute Joy to deal with. Super nice waiting room. Super nice staff and very efficient.. They understood my issue had me in and out with in 20 mins. Pricing was absolutely fair and a Great value. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop who appreciates your business.
