The gentleman who did my mani/pedi acted as if he was mad. He never spoke to me instead tapping my feet to tell me where he wanted them! I picked two different colors for my nails & toes & told him beforehand. When he started painting he mixed up the colors but I was too afraid to tell him! I do have to say, the woman who sets appointments is very nice!

My friend and I went there for pedicures yesterday and the staff was friendly and helpful, even correcting me when I tried to pay too much! Very clean as well. I will definitely be back for me pedicure needs.
Cleanliness: Very clean, used liners for foot tub and one use items.

The people here are so sweet! I took my stepdaughter in for her first salon manicure, and the gentleman who did her nails was so nice and patient despite her being shy and not quite knowing what she needed to do with her hands. He even gave her some cute flowers and gems on her nails without us having to ask, she absolutely loves them! Our nails look wonderful and he was speedy too, which is great when you’ve got an antsy kiddo waiting for your manicure to be finished lol.
The salon is super cute and clean with nice music playing. They even have an adorable shop dog who my kiddo (and I) loved. Highly recommend Queen Nails!

I called at 4:10 on the MLK holiday to see if I could get a full set of nails before they closed, and she said if I could be there at 5pm - no problem. I got there and only waited about 5 minutes before my turn. I was amazed at how efficient the family operated the salon and super pleased with how PERFECT mine turned out in less than 1 hour ! Very friendly and polite and reasonably priced , too! THANK YOU,!

The nicest, hardworking, and wonderful family business I’ve been to in Redding. They truly care about their customers and the work that they do and it shows! I would give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend them if you need great nails in a jiffy, they’re the best!

An and her team did an absolutely fabulous job for us! I took my daughter and her friends to have their nails and toenails painted to celebrate her birthday. She did incredibly detailed beautiful designs on their nails even with their tiny fingers. The girls loved getting the royal treatment! I also got a fabulous gel manicure and pedicure and another mom got a pedicure and they were wonderful!

A good place for once in a while nails or if upon your return appointment you have no chips or damage. She usually has 2-3 clients at the same time and she rotates you as she works on the others so you end up waiting with your nails partially completed. She is more focused on how many clients she can get vs customer service. She would scold me in front of others if my nails were chipped because she would have to repair them which cut into her time. She made sure I was on time but then she would be running behind and either start on my nails late or her mom would have to help. I left because I got tired of being scolded. I can say she is a talented artesian nail painter.

The stuff was so rude, it was a man and woman working. It seemed like they basically kicked us out for asking them if they could show us the packaging that shows they don't use the same nail tools for every client .Not only did they refuse to show us but they started getting really defensive as well.

Best nail shop in Redding. Make an appointment as they are usually too busy for walk-ins. Though they will try to accommodate, it never interferes with the time and care taken to make your manicure or pedicure the best it can be.
