I’ve only been to this location twice and after a rough experience my first time around this second time they seemed to be a lot better. They made a mistake on their part, owned up to it and were honest about their mistake.

Had to bring my truck to this place all the way from Eureka to have my blinkers and head lights repaired because none of the repair shops in my area could figure out the problem. I was extremely happy with the service I received at Freightliner Northwest in Redding CA. Nick was my Service Writer and Sam was my Tech. Ask for these guys if you are an Owner Operator like myself. These guys are part of the night crew and their shift starts at 3:30pm M-F

Had a problem with gaining air pressure. Brought it in to the night crew nick and Jason working on it. Found the air compressor was working fine. Checked the air drier cartridge it was full of debris as well as the assembly for it. Got the part ordered. Next morning day shift comes out with a tool to double check the air compressor. It works for blowing air but doesn't build pressure well. Great part ordered! Saturday the air compressor is here but not the assembly. I requested as long as I'm sitting here they could be working on the part that they did have. They agreed that was a great idea! In Saturday at 930 out and down with everything by 330. Yes my assembly showed up in time to be done. I was very happy with how they took care of things. I can be a demanding client and because if my owner background I tend to ask a lot of questions and do t like sitting. So glad they understood. I really appreciated Nick and Jason getting me on the road in a timely manner!

Went in for a air leak, payed $780 to change a $100 dollar air manifold just to leave me stranded in North Carolina 2000 miles later with a massive air leak from the air manifold and they won't even attempt to help you fix the issue. I don't recommend this shop, nothing bad bad business

STAY AWAY FROM THESE PART CHANGER SCAMMERS BY ALL COST! Read the procedures word for word and you’ll see they include extra charges totally unrelated. I go in for a heater issue in the cab and the tech charged me 1000 for a diagnostic to check the inside vents (removal of dash) but when reading the procedure I noticed at the end they said reinstalled bumper which had nothing to do with this issue. When I brought this up they automatically cut the bill in half trying to be sneaky but never gave an explanation on why I had extra charges. After all this I still payed for their diagnostic and what they claimed was not the problem but they have a hard time explaining why I have to pay a Grand in diag and more in repairs for a incorrect diagnosis.
I like to stick to the dealers rather than small shops but what an horrible experience this has been.

Got into town this afternoon at 3:45pm, they had my truck diagnosed and fixed by 7:15pm. Absolutely the best shop experience I’ve ever had!! Thank you guys for all you do!

I was towed in due to an air issue. These guys got me in quick and had me out quick. Larry was awesome to work with.
