Went to the shop just to learn about Harley davidson motorcycles. I now own one, and I couldn't be happier about my bike. Every one at Shasta Harley made that a really cool experience for me. Thank all of you at shop and I'll see you there or on the road soon.

Worst Harley shop I’ve ever been to. The moment I signed the paperwork they instantly started treating me different. I asked to speak with management and was told to busy to speak with me, i purchased the bike on June 27 2024 almost 60 days in still haven’t got the bike registered the state has never received any of the paperwork so that’s a whole mess. I’ve also tried to purchase parts and have them installed , i keep calling the parts guy Ricky who keeps telling me he will be helping me but is to busy to help me when i call and never calls me back as he says he will so I’ve called constantly for over a week nothing but excuses. I never write reviews good or bad , but this company’s lack of respect and professionalism or care for customers needs to be addressed.

Will never do business with them again. Bought a Honda with 250 miles on it. They charged me a $1000 setup fee. 2 miles later the abs light comes on. Called and one they don't work on metric bikes...like the one they sold me. And two I'm on my own for the repairs.

Bought my first Harley here a month ago, It was used but in great shape, I'm now addicted to the loud thundering noise that everyone hates when they sleep, and I'm a Harley guy for life

Joey was very helpful when my daughter and I came into look at bikes. He was able to answer any questions i had. I'm very happy with my purchase and experience. my daughter is very happy as well. Ask for Joey he's a good dude!

DO NOT buy a harley shirt here,,1 wash and the front is all faded like I've had the shirt for 10 years!!
