Had the best dealership transaction yet with my recent purchase of a Yamaha Rmax 4 1000.Randall is a standup guy, no pressure, answered all my questions or got an answer, went above and beyond!Highly recommend California Custom, and I recommend talking to Randall even if you’re just kicking tires for a purchase.

Just bought a new TW200 Dual Sport. Randall worked with me diligently to get a fair price; Mike made the paperwork part easy; Jake in Parts really did his job. Randall even loaded the bike for me - I highly recommend these guys for ANY powersports needs.

Horrible customer service period. We waiting from 20 mins so someone can help us and seemed like he didnt want to help us. It really seems like they don't want to sell. The atv's are in the sun, so they are discolored and don't look brand new. I'm really glad that I didn't go with California custom and so glad I went with Red Bluff Motorsports.

From start to delivery the team at California Customs is top notch. My family and I went in to check out the Sea Doo Switch and they had 2 available in inventory. Randall and Jason worked with us to meet our budget and needs in a boat. We even got a chance to take the boat on the water and go through buttons and controls. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and support they offer. I wanted to stay local and they worked for my business. Never was I pressured once, and if they didn't know an answer to a question they found out for me. Thank you guys!

Best place ever, not just for purchasing your quad, boat or dirt bike, but for the SERVICE! Outstanding, above and beyond service, they employ and honor Veterans, which is important to me, and they prioritize giving back to the community, not only in sponsorships, but they host their own fundraisers for Veterans and 1st Responders. Jason and his team are the best.

This is by Far the best Motorsport Boat shop in the NorthState! Every single employee is happy when you walk through the door and help you with any questions regardless if it is their job or not. Cameron in parts will go the distance to find what you are looking for. The general manager Jason is not afraid to make a deal and Service department has always stopped and helped me every time I come in. I have bought a Boat, Can Am utv and two motorbikes and sent multiple friends there as well and all agree the service is phenomenal.Highly recommend Cal Customs

They told me they could do the work on my snow mobiles. And would program them when I arrived and it would take 1 hr at most. Programming keys only. So I haul them there from 1.5 hrs away. I arrive and they told me I had to leave them. But manager checks it out. Goes to start sled second time and doesn't put tension on the rope before pulling and yanks on it breaking the internal gear catch. I talk the mechanic into checking it out ( nice dude) he didn't get it figured out. They have me leave them for their other guy to do. So I leave them drive back home.Next day I call for update no answers said they would call back shortly. No call back. I call four hours later no answers again said they would call back. No call back. Next morning I call they say they can't program the keys. I drive back down 1.5 hrs hook up trailer talk to desk lady she says they we're supposed to check them out this morning and might be able to do it. I'm pretty unhappy at this point. Mechanic checks it out can't get them programmed. Super poor communication with their team. So I now have 6hrs drive time and a broken gear and No programmed keys. Would have been nice for them to have figured out they couldn't do the work before I came to them in the first place.
