The pharmacist was caring and provided my meds quickly as needed for my ailment. The Pharmacist and tech were courteous and competent .

The pharmacy staff are terribly overworked and understaffed, and don't seem very happy or satisfied with their jobs. I feel terrible for them. Their Corporate employers should be ashamed of themselves.

Absolute misery of a pharmacy. Customer service is in the toilette, from multiple people. Rude, hangs up on you. I could go on. Definitely changing pharmacies.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for years for all of our (family of 5) prescriptions. For what ever reason they have always had a high turn over rate in this pharmacy. I have to say this last experience was the final push. I had received a reminder for my daughter's birth control prescription so I requested the refill Friday morning. I had not heard anything by Sunday afternoon about the prescription being ready so I called in. During this phone call the pharmacy text was short and very rude. She told me that the prescription was there and maybe filled by Monday. Monday I received a text informing me that the prescription would not be filled on time. I then called in and was placed on hold. I was driving from my job and sat on hold until I arrived at the pharmacy, I then walked in (still holding) and waited. No one came to the pick up window after about 11 minutes on hold the pharmacist (Kevin) answered the phone. I told him that I had been on hold for over 11 minutes and waiting for assistance in person for 3 minutes. When the tech (Windy) came to help she was cold, rude, and lacked any empathy or kindness. She told me I could transfer my prescriptions if I wanted to but was less than helpful in explaining the process or assisting me in finding even another Rite Aid who could fill my prescription today. I left disappointed and ready for a change. I called Costco they answered immediately, the pharmacist sent me over to a tech to assist in the tansfer. The tech spent less than 5 minutes with me, answered my questions and told me that my daughter's prescription would be filled by the end of day. She assisted me in transferring all of my family's prescriptions. See ya Rite Aid!

Right after 4.5 hrs at Hilltop Medical, at 5 p.m. I went to pick up my 2 prescriptions at the Westwood Village Rite Aid pharmacy. I was told they couldn't get to them for 1.5 hrs. I told him I had to have the antibiotic tonight. I asked what time they closed. I was told 8 p.m. I came back at 7 p.m. They were closed. The cashier at the front said they closed early for "inventory." I came the next morning. They weren't ready. I came back several hrs later. Only 1 prescription was ready, but they needed the pharmacist's thumbprint, so I was asked to wait for him to return from lunch. I waited. NOW they tell me they don't accept the doctor's diagnosis for the 2nd prescription. Freaking nightmare. I've been using this pharmacy for 20 years. Apparently, it's time to look for a new pharmacy.

Every time I've called I'll be on hold for 10-20 minutes then all of a sudden it will hang up. It's impossible to get through to anyone about a prescription. It's ridiculous

Received text to pick up my medication from pharmacy. Pharmacist said no doesn't get filled till next day I said I would be back with phone to show him was basically called a liar by him. When I returned he's closed up the pharmacy at two PM customers looking for him.

I live very close to this Rite Aid. So it's one to go to the most. And there's a couple women who work in there. That just are not friendly...EVER! They are always talking to each other. And then they're never paying attention when there's customers waiting in line. Anyway, I go for the convenience of how close it is. Not to make best friends with people who work there. But it's just something that I have noticed. It's also not the cleanest. The ATM is always not working when I'd go to use it or there's so much stuff in front of it (boxes and carts for store), that you can't get to it, to use it.On a positive note, they usually have plenty of gift cards. Their card selection is not the greatest. But it's a good place to stop and grab a quick card for somebody. Which is usually why I go up there. And the alcohol Section is usually pretty stocked, if you are grabbing a quick something to take to a bbq or something.

I have filled prescriptions here for years! It is ALWAYS he said/she said. Nothing ever is easy go. The male pharmacist has been nothing but rude and short tempered to the point I get anxious about which pharmacist will be working when I go pick up. You are not open to ask questions or ask for explanations. I have tried to brush it off that he deals with a lot of "want" and pressure from people and the homeless population around there are difficult as well! Tonight was the worst though! His behavior was uncalled for and embarrassing. Additionally, I learned the asthma medications that end up not being covered by my insurance that I decline due to share of cost, get left like I never picked them up. When I was told RiteAid reached out to my Dr to request medications covered by my insurance, they never did so I got stuck in the middle of the insurance and the Dr looking like a slacker to all! I am not perfect but I did not deserve his reaction this evening or many other occasions!
