Concerns include a lack of high speed internet, unmaintained trees seen as a fire hazard, and driveways not receiving new gravel for years. The owner keeps raising rent while requiring manicured yards. Significant safety issues are highlighted, with reports of drug addicts and dealers all over the park. It is noted as not safe to walk at night, with constant drug deals in the front parking area, and police are reportedly reluctant to come to the area. Some former residents express happiness at having left, citing a general negative atmosphere.
