Save Mart is a well-maintained grocery store with clean facilities, including the bathrooms and aisles. The parking lot, shared with other businesses, may have some debris, but this is understandable. While finding assistance in the produce department can be challenging at times, the employees are generally friendly and helpful. Customers praise the store for having the best produce, deli, and meat departments, especially during sales like buy 1 get 1 free on tri-tip for Memorial Day. The quick checkout process and friendly cashiers make shopping more convenient. The in-store restaurant, The Tipping Point, offers delightful menu items like grilled street corn and tri-tip loaded mac and cheese, which customers have enjoyed on the patio. Although prices may be higher than at some other stores, the better produce selection and quality make Save Mart a competitive option. Customers have also appreciated the helpful staff, such as Shayne in the fresh fruit section, who assists with special orders and displays fresh, beautifully arranged fruit bowls.
First time patron to Save Mart in Redding. The store has a good selection and offers fresh products, clean appearance which I appreciate. However, prices are on the higher side, and unfortunately the checker I had was very rude, which took away from the overall experience.

Customer service is always a 10/10 when I go. Store is clean and well stocked. They often have really good deals (best way to stretch your dollar is by signing up for either the email or app).
