“Recently, I rented two storage spaces at AJ Mini Storage—one indoor storage unit and another space for my RV. AJ Mini Storage wasn’t the first place I contacted while looking for storage, but it quickly became my top choice.
The first storage facility I contacted was on South Market. I was told I could stop by and take a look, but when I arrived, there was no one in the office. I waited for a while and eventually left.
Next, I contacted a facility on Hartnell. I spoke with a lady who explained that they had two storage locations on that street, but she was unable to come over to the location I was interested in because their staff was at the other facility. She asked me to come back another day.
Then I called AJ Mini Storage and spoke with the site manager, who I believe was named Tom. The customer service is what really sold me on this place. He was friendly, took the time to answer all of my questions, and was more than happy to show me the spaces I was interested in.
The facility was clean, well-maintained, and the overall experience was excellent. Based on my experience so far, I’m very happy with my decision to choose AJ Mini Storage.”

One time my battery died, and one of the guys helped me jump my car, Which was very, very cool. If I could give Redding Boat & RV Storage more than five stars, I would.
There are plenty of places where you can park an RV or boat. This is the kind of facility where you can actually feel comfortable leaving something you worked hard to own.
The property is exceptionally clean, well maintained, secure, and clearly designed with RV and boat owners in mind. The units are spacious and fully enclosed, access is simple and convenient, and having 24-hour gated access means you aren't planning your trips around somebody else's business hours. The security cameras, large enclosed units, on-site RV dump station, and amenities like 50-amp service in select units are exactly the details that separate a purpose-built RV storage facility from a glorified parking lot.
It's rare to find a business that manages to combine security, convenience, cleanliness, great facilities, and genuinely excellent service without sacrificing one for another. This one does. If you're looking for enclosed RV or boat storage in Redding, do yourself a favor and start here. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Redding Boat & RV Storage to friends, family, or anyone who asked where I'd trust my own property.”

“Tina at Avalon was absolutely wonderful. I’m handling a probate matter from two states away and needed to arrange storage for personal belongings on fairly short notice. There were a lot of moving pieces, and Tina made the whole thing so much easier than I expected.
She was kind, patient, incredibly helpful, and took the time to work through the logistics with me so everything could be handled smoothly even though I couldn’t be there in person. I never felt like I was just another customer or that I was inconveniencing her with questions.
