Horrible bank every time I try to call to make a payment I sit on the phone for over an hour and nobody ever answers! I went into a branch and I was the only customer in there with 6 tellers working and it took 5 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me.

Horrible customer service and banking systems - moved out of state and it's impossible to be able to talk to someone. Between a message system that you can barely get through and when you can you just get voicemail and nobody calls you back. You literally can't even email the place! Make an in-person appointment or call a call center is your only options. Never got my GAP insurance reimbursement for paying my car off early and literally can't even talk to anyone at the branch and their call center folks don't have a clue and just send you to a voicemail that nobody calls you back. I now live halfway across the country or I'd be raising hell in their lobby. Its not worth driving across 4 states to get my few hundred bucks. Go to a different bank...there's nothing about community relationship banking at Sierra Central.

This company's system has been getting "upgraded" a lot latly, and their system has been down for almost a week now! This bank is a wast of time

As others have stated, the women at this branch are very rude and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and bank elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. The women in this branch are all very rude individuals who lack the customer service to provide a member with a good experience. Dont use this credit union they are useless.

Been banking here for years. Bechelli and Pine St branch have always been courteous and very helpful. Response and recovery when my identity got stolen was also VERY fast. Occasionally the ATM's don't like to read a check if the background noise on the paper is too busy, which is annoying, but having to go inside isn't a big deal to me.

The branch is not the problem, its phoning customer service and online.If I could give the company a negative star I would! Worst bank e v e r!Online is severely limited. Customer service is non-existing.Today is yet another day where I tried to get help over the phone and spent 2.5 hours getting past from one department to the next and never ended up with the right department for help. I finally gave up hung up! Ridicules! I am done with them as soon as I get my next income check I am done.

If I could give a negative stars I would! Worst bank e v e r! Online is severely limited. Customer service is non-existing. This review is for Esperanza and Heather ONLY.. They are the only tellers in the bank, but hands down the best, with them you really don't need anyone else. I am always greeted with a smile and they always go out of their way to help me. They are very knowledgeable, and patient... I can really say, I can trust them with my account needs. I always look forward to coming to the bank because I know I feel welcomed, just like if I was family, and not just an ordinary customer. It's really hard to come across with people like this, so I am so lucky to have them at my bank. See you soon Ladies ♡

Great customer service, always very fast paced, and make you feel very comfortable. They also are a donation center this season for the Brand It Blue Initiative Holiday drive which is amazing of them to do for the community!

I will start off saying I am not a member. I was traveling through Redding and wanted to use this C.U's ATM. A sign at the indoor and outdoor ATM states the machines are closed between 3:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Fortunately is was close to 3:30 p.m. I would think that mid afternoon would be an inconvenient time for people not to be able to use the ATM's. I got cash from ATM and went on my way. The next day I realized I did not have my ATM card. I called this C.U. and was on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. Don't call and expect to speak to a person. I called my C.U. and spoke to a rep. who cancelled the ATM card. If phone service is this bad at Sierra Central, I would not be a member!
