Everyone was very nice and ready to help everyone, a nice guy went in the back to find me a hiking boot in my size. Then a nice woman helped me find a nice hiking backpack just right for Day hiking and I loved the variety of water filtration systems that they had on a wall. A great place to go for all your outdoor needs.
