I don't recommend going here for anything. The times I have been here, there seems to be plenty of employees but they still make you wait forever before they help you. I dealt with an employee two times and she was so rude and off putting. She made me wait both times for things that could've been answered quicker. One of the times she walked into the back to check something for me. She came back out 15 minuets later and forgot that she was helping me. Don't go here, just call the help line.

Kevin and Sheshe are awesome! Store is often busy but the service provided is always worth the wait. They are friendly, the store is always clean and well stocked. I always get what I need there and leave happy! They advise on good promotions to fit your needs. They advise honestly on the quality of products which I always appreciate. Thank you Tmobile team!!

My husband and I were changing from ATT for our cell phones and internet. T- mobile paid our remaining balances on our phones, helped us through the process and we can't say enough about each of the staff who helped us on different days. Kevin, Kristi, Jasmine and SheShe each helped us at different times due to items we needed to bring to them to Transfer our #'s, etc. They are tops!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. My son returned an internet device in August, the store claimed they canceled the line, but that was a lie! The line was still charging on my acct for months. After getting that situated with customer service, I find out that the store has not or did not scan the returned device, so Tmobile is charging me a $220 non return fee. We have been trying to call this store to figure out what is going on, but there is no answer. This store is completely incompetent, they have no idea what they are doing here. My son is no longer in school in this area, so simply going into the store is out of the question. Tmobile needs to send someone to investigate this store, because again, they are completely incompetent.

Last year about 7 to 8 months ago I canceled my membership, the reason why is there is not a single bar where I live. I came to the store and been told they don’t have the button to cancel or refund me, I have to call the customer service for that which I did multiple times, they were trying to bounce me back and forth to the store and the store don’t have a clue what to do exactly. $70 connection fee plus $90 for two data connection up to this day no call back or refund. Never again for sure.
