Arrived on a an early Friday afternoon to hopefully see if a minor repair could be done to our APU. They insisted that they would charge us the weekend/overnight hourly labor rate to have this done, even though it was still during normal business hours. Will NEVER do business with them!

Great service, even on a weekend, yes you'll have to wait, but they put you back on the road ASAP.
