“I've had my 2022 silverado worked on for several services at D&L Motorsports, both scheduled maintenance as well as warranty repairs. They have always been quick and courteous, and worked with my extended warranty company to get the repair work covered. They also offered me shuttle rides so I didn't have to wait for the repairs to be done. I highly recommend using their shop if your vehicle needs a repair. They work on both foreign and domestic vehicles.”
“The smoothest experience I have ever had at a smog test station. Roger was cordial and efficient at his job. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes. He even offers a senior or veterans discount for those that qualify. I was only 10 minutes away and without traffic lights to slow you down the distance to Airport Rd from downtown actually took less time than going to the other shops in town. Appointments are recommended but drive ins are more than welcome.”
“Love this place! Always a great deal. We wanted 37’s on our truck but couldn’t afford it. Went down to 35’s. For 3 years now. Looks not so good on a 6” lift. Took the truck there put 2 new back tires and got a quote for 37’s. WOW!! Half the price . When we need new tires on truck we are definitely going there. Now getting Jeep Rubicon New tires. I’m only going there from now on!”

“The team at big O is always professional and courteous, and I trust that they will take care of my vehicle so that I am my family are safe, last weekend I went in to get my tires rotated and Mike the manager came up and said that they had a problem with one of my tires that it couldn’t get a balance on it , so he had already checked the tread depth and saw that my tire was still in warranty and replaced it for free and the way I went very satisfied and very happy that they detected that or else maybe there could’ve been a serious problem with the tire and possibly I could’ve been in a wreck or something, but they and their professionalism took care of the problem. I highly recommend them. I’ve been doing business with them for close to 20 years now and I’ve never been dissatisfied.”

Steve answered my questions before I scheduled my first appointment. His feedback and recommendations were honest and meaningful. I reached out to another local shop (that has been here longer than O2) about my concerns and did not even get a call back. O2 serviced my car last week and the work was completed on time and at a very fair price. “I am extremely grateful This company! From one business owner who absolutely needs to operate and cannot have issues when they happen, having company around like Les Schwab, Is absolutely a lifesaver. We were stuck in the middle of nowhere on a highway that had a 6% grade in 100° heat with a blown out tire on my moving truck. To make it even worse, we had a very rare type tire that is really hard for a rare truck model and somehow they found it within 10 minutes. They made it up into the mountain in the middle of nowhere in about 45 minutes. Got the tire and installed it within an hour and we were back on the road in about an hour total!
This is a serious professional company. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone and I will be reaching out to them in the future for any of my needs mechanical on the road.”

“I made a appointment for a alignment, my son took my truck in, found out I have problems with ball joints and such. They proced to align the front end as well as possible. When finished, my son waited to pay and was told NO CHARGE! When the front end is fixed bring it back for the alignment. Who does this anymore? Total awesome in these times!! The tire I chose had a $70 rebate too so I got four new tires for $1077. Staff checked my brake pad wear and showed me some worn axel boots. So I was happy with sales and service.”

My tire pressure sensor said I had low pressure in one tire. I was on a long drive and stopped here to get my tires checked. The guy checked all four tires and said the pressure in all of them was correct and that it is probably a bad sensor. He wouldn't let me pay him anything. I really really appreciate the help and would absolutely come here again!”
