Let me start off by saying the staff working there were great with us but the upper management not so much. I had an issue with a trailer and I kept in contact with them every 2-3 days until I finally drove the 4hr round trip to go down there to pick it up. Their card was giving me issues and I was promised they would hold my trailer and the gun safe I was purchasing that was on sale until we could get the issue taken care of with the card and because it was their cards issue they would also deliver it to me for free since I had drove all the way down there and was leaving with nothing plus still give me the gun safe for the sale price. I received a call on Saturday while I was out of signal and called back monday and the person that had been working with me told me it was still on hold for me and she had cleared everything with the store assistant manager and was ready to go as soon as citi fixed my TS card, just to call the assistant manager Michelle back when I knew something. After over an hour with TSC services I was told it would be 24-48hrs when the funds would be back on the card and they were so sorry it was messed up on their end and taking so long. So I called Michelle the assistant manager to talk to her and she was rude right off the bat and said well I didn't realize how far away you were so no we wont wave the delivery fee to you and refused to hold the trailer or the gun case for me and lied and said the gun case they had set out for me was a more expensive one than it was. Overall such a joke dealing with all of this. They need to tell their staff to not tell customers things the management will not uphold. I have never been so disgusted and frustrated trying to order a trailer. I will say though that Kari and the other gentleman David I think was his name were absolutely amazing and truly did all they could while we waited for over an hour with our two littles Thursday evening. I will not be going back to this location and will be talking to the Tennessee office about everything I experienced.

Called to see if they carried any antibiotics for poultry. Person I spoke to on the phone said and I quote “we don’t carry antibiotics for chickens, the state of California took them all away” and that was the end of the conversation. Immediately called Andersons Tractor Supply and she had told me they had it as soon as I asked. Will most definitely be taking my business to Anderson from now on even if it’s a further drive. At least there, you deal with common sense. My suggestion for the Redding location would be to have workers work for you who have some competency and a willingness to do their job. It’s clear the state didn’t get rid of antibiotics for poultry, she just didn’t want to do her job. Do better Redding, you never cease to amaze me. (This isn’t the first issue we’ve had with Redding TSC)

This tractor supply is the worst location I have experienced yet. They are rude, unhelpful un structured and it’s a chaotic feel. Save yourself a bad time and just drive to Anderson. They are much more of a tractor supply experience that customers should have. I have lived in many states and been to many and this one is below standards.

Didnt answer the first call, second call a guy picked up and was rushing me. when I asked what brand of puppy shots they have he said he 'didnt have time to check'. Then I dont have time to shop there bud. Called jones feed and they picked up the first time. Went through all of the puppy shot options and prices. Thats good customer service and how you win a long time customer.

Went for cathart shirts. Not a great selection but not the stores fault due to availability. Lots of parking spots. Tons of dog toys and treats. Lots of mowers to choose from. Clean store. Great customer service.

Good store with quality items & a fairly helpful/friendly staff. HOWEVER, the store alarm goes off RANDOMLY. Yesterday while I was at a store across the street, the alarm went off for over 15 minutes! I waited in the truck for my husband to come out of the store we were at & TS alarm is just going on & on with no reason for it. They have got to be the worst business neighbors EVER. Not to mention there are homes scattered throughout the area who must be annoyed. How annoyed is the mom be who just got her baby to sleep? How annoyed is the guy working night shift & just got to sleep? This problem has been ongoing FOR YEARS. I can't imagine no one, anywhere can't fix it. LAZINESS doesn't pay. Needless to say, if the store is too lazy to address the problem, I'll spend my money elsewhere because they're not using my money to fix any problems. Annoying doesn't even begin to cover it :/ DO BETTER TRACTOR SUPPLY

I usually like this location but it’s on the small side and that may be the reason behind the reason I’m rating it so low. I went in for string trimmer line and in the garden section, two or three aisles in corner, it was blocked off by bbqs and garden tractor trailers and such. I looked around to ask what’s up but only two ppl I saw looked busy so I shimmied my way by only to realize the item I was looking for was on the aisle that was filled with bbqs. They had displays on the grills so I didn’t want to ruin those by shutting lids to shimmy some more so I was stuck with the only two I could grab and chose the cheaper of the two as it was pro grade twine and I just need some residential grade. I could have waited or went somewhere else but I made the trip for that one item at that store nearest my home to use the daylight before the sun had set. Also inventory is very limited even for the size. Open space on racks could be utilized for more selection, for boots especially and sizing for pants. My size seemed to not even have a place on shelf with some brands but did with others. Of course not the brand I would have liked tho. Go figure.
