This hotel took my credit card information from a criminal without an ID and without a physical credit card and charged me twice when I did not stay there. My bank says the vendor needs to address it. Travel Lodge sent me a digital print of the bill with my name and card and claimed that was proof I was there. No signatures, No Id check, No CDL number. I contacted the local hotel while the "guest" was still there on Dec 31 and they did nothing but claim that they had not been trained for the issue and to call corporate. I called corporate who referred me back to the local. As of today, they have not refunded the charges and have not taken any further action. It seems they want me to pay for their poor training and acceptance of the crime.

Pet friendly accommodations that are clean and comfortable. Everything we need when we visit Redding. The area is quiet and there's a Pizza Factory next door. *which was also excellent by the way*

Good value. Very friendly front desk service. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was disappointing, food did look not really inspiring ...

This room was absolutely gross. A dead bed bug on the bathroom counter, pubic hairs in the sheets and in the bathtub. Mold in the bathtub grout. The bed doesn’t even have a box spring , but metal cot legs. Furniture very outdated. I refused to stay here and reception was nice and apologetic about it. She came with me to the room and took pictures of the issues. I was told me the owner would refund me in the morning at 5am and that never happened. This is a one star hotel in my opinion and I wouldn’t stay here.

My parents felt safe staying there. They liked the way it was as far as cleanliness. Super simple To reserve a room over the phone, my parents also felt very Comfortable talking to the front desk. Is mom and pops said they were kind Great place to stay for parents.

Quiet location but brutally unquiet experience. Someone next to us had the TV blaring until about 5 am. Since I was up all night despite wearing earplugs, I heard occupants start their work trucks at 3:30 & 3:45. Around that time, someone in high heeled shoes came in above us and clicked around in her heels for a while. At 6 we abandoned the hope of sleep in our bed that looked like a queen cot() and prepared to leave when we saw a cockroach Towels from a previous occupant were bunched in a corner. For $100 plus taxes, it was a regrettable experience. It is challenging to travel on zero hours of sleep. Pros are close to the river walking trail and an excellent dinner at Janyas Thai restaurant.

The entrance was tall enough for my high roof vehicle. We stayed in a suite with 3 queen beds, laminate wood flooring ( no disgusting carpet yay) full size fridge and bathtub. Great for family. Good breakfast with the room.

Very nice place. The motel appeared to be well organized, well run and well maintained in every way. The rooms were clean and nice, and the hotel area was also characterized by good order and tidiness. I found it positive that there was a proper fridge in the room, at the right height (in addition to better space, you don’t have to lay down on the floor every time you need to get something in there). The pool area also appeared inviting and nice. In addition, the staff were both friendly and helpful. There were also laundry facilities at the hotel, which is always an advantage. This also worked great. It can also be mentioned that Caldwell Park is just a short walk away. After a long drive, it can be nice to stroll around the park area and the paths along the Sacramento River.Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to check out the breakfast (but usually my expectations when it comes to "breakfast" at US motels are very low). This is a place I would recommend, and I would happily return to this Wyndham motel in Redding.

Service was so friendly and kind. We really appreciated it. The room was comfy. Just what we needed for a quick turn around on our trip.

Sunny was a hoot. She was very welcoming and said OMG your baby is beautiful. I had my service dog with me. She was training a young lady and was very clear with her instructions and very professional with her trainee. Sunny was very cheerful and talkative. She explained what was available for breakfast and the times that it was available. She absolutely was professional with my Oreo.In the morning Heather was at the desk. Very pleasant woman. She also asked if she could pet my service dog.The rooms were clean. I originally thought there were no blankets but I was wrong. There were comfy blankets. The property was clean and I felt safe there. The usual signage concerning don't leave things in the cars were there. Like I said I felt comfortable. Walked my dog when we got home from the concert.Breakfast was available and it was actually pretty good. Eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, juice, waffles both mini and large. Make your own. Butter and other things were available. The area to eat was clean.Thank you Heather and Sunny. I think the young lady being trained name was Megan. She appeared to be quite interested in what she was being taught.Rooms: Comfy and cleanSafety: Felt safe. I had to walk my dog when we returned from the concert and I felt sfaeWalkability: Close to numerous restaurants

The staff is absolutely amazing! From Sunny who checked me in, to Megan, who Sunny was training, to Heather, who was at the front desk in the morning. We had to stay longer than originally planned due to car issues, and everyone was very helpful. If you need a clean, inexpensive place to stay in Redding that has an exceptional staff, I cannot recommend this Travelodge enough!Rooms: Rooms were clean and neat.

The receptionist (a big, blonde woman) was very rude and aggressive, even threatened to get our car towed because it was not parked correctly. The parking lot was full, and I was just taking our stuff to the room, which she knew because I told her, and it didn't last more than 7-8 minutes. Funny thing... her car was beautifully parked inside (of course she didn't offer to move it to help customers). Then, the room was old, like from the 60s, temperature was above 100 and it took hours to make it comfortable, the sheets were dirty with something disgusting, footprints, and had coins between them. There was also a used soda can in the balcony. Breakfast was insufficient, and they didn't replenish anything. We even had to ask for some hot water to make tea.

The only good thing about this place is the office staff at check in and the a/c is cold. Dirt on sheets, doors didn’t shut without force, hate the kitchen/bathroom (ew). Given two towels and no toilet paper (none on hanger). The wifi is terrible. And there are zero stores for convenience in this area. Only a Dutch Brothers coffee. The room seriously reminds me of a cheap motel in the mountains. We just checked in and we are looking to book another place for tonight.

The travel lodge by Wyndham gets great reviews ITS TERRIBLE! Hole in furniture, flooring is ripped and bubbles, bed is a travel mattress! It's disgusting and I would leave but it's non refundable. Don't stay here!
