Jenny, Elizabeth and Kaylee are awesome at the Lake Blvd. branch in Redding. Always smiling, always polite and kind. They all greet me by name as I'm coming up, then patiently and kindly help me since I don't bank on-line. Always a pleasant interaction.

We came in to open an account and get a cashiers check.. we drove 6 hours to get there. They went thru the whole process took the money plus some and right at the end the Manager Steve said he didn’t feel comfortable approving the cashiers check.. even after they took our money! Well then we decided to cancel the whole thing and only to find out that it will be a few days till we get our 35,000 back that they took! This was a horrible experience and we are disgusted at how it turned out! Sad to say but they will not touch the other few million $$ we were going to move over!

I have sat outside so many times. And have watched elderly people come out exhausted because having to walk all the way across the store to the Bank.
And having to have to the car brought to them because they couldn't walk anymore. I also heard them say how the other doors that aren't working were so much better for them. It's time to get both entrances available to the public

I was planning on transferring money from the sale of my home and add auto deposit of my monthly income. Jenny, the very inexperienced and rude teller, did her job so well I closed both my checking and my savings account. The two other tellers, my companion noted, rolled their eyes instead of assisting the rookie teller. I have banked at tri Bank forever. Thanks jenny.

I can't express what a solid guy Zachary is. He went above and beyond, had to deliver some pretty bad news, but left me feeling appreciated and uniquely valued—and I don't even bank there! My dad did. When his yearly review comes up, I hope he gets a big bump in pay because he's the type of employee tri-counties is going to want to keep around. Big props to Mark Palmer, too, for his help when this all started. All the best.

When I came in to set up a new account I ended up working with a gentleman named Zach. He was beyond helpful, funny, and very easy going! Give that man a raise haha! Highly recommend this bank.

I've personally always had nothing but very good experiences whenever I've had dealings at Tri Counties Bank and so far every employee that's worked there that I've met has been very professional, helpful and pleasant, they truly want to help you and care about their community, JanTina Ingraham up at the Shasta Lake City branch has gone out of her way to help me more than once. If you're looking to open a bank account and want a more personal experience that you'll never get at a giant corporation that will never remember you or your name I recommend them.

If there is a more inept, poorly run bank I don't know what it is....we have had many issues with them over the years but continually hoped they would eventually evolve to a real bank someday as they work out the problems....recently I was working on a simple transfer of an IRA from Tri Counties to a large brokerage, the amount of frustration they caused the client who had been with them from the North Valley Bank days was sad... they lost the clients paperwork and didn't tell them for over a month before letting the client know they could not expedite the transfer as they "never received the paperwork" after multiple employees had confirmed receiving the paperwork and that it was in good order....so somewhere the clients information(ssn, birth dates etc...are floating around or being sold)....after 2 months they are now requiring notary involvement, something that could have easily been done months ago.... the statements from employees and the immediate shutdown of any potential solution that is industry standard leads me to believe that the bank environment is driven by leadership that lacks the ability to trust it's employees to overcome issues for clients while making things suitable for all parties going forward. If you have any other choice for your banking needs, take it....you will be happy you did even if that choice turns out to be a disappointment, at least it wasn't Tri counties. Putting clients thru this frustration is despicable.....

Called to see if they received my request and the teller picked up and started yelling at me. She was completely rude and said that we cannot handle doing your request. In which, we have been getting them on the spot in the last year. She was not apologetic nor professional. The worst customer service experience I have ever had at a bank.
