Called and reserved a unit. Showed up and no one is at the office. Called and got a call center. They had no idea what was going on. Said they didnt have the unit size we had reserved and none of our information. So there is no live person to speak to at all in person. Its all some call center. What a JOKE.

These climate control units kept my valuable keepsakes safe for 3 years. The indoor units are safe and the carts to move my stuff were handy.

I love how there open til 9pm for gate access however I don't like how no one is ever available in the office and when you call it is a call center never have I ever seen met or talked to anyone that works there I requested a call back for manger to upgrade my unit weeks ago still no call back so that's frustrating

My unit was broken into. They would not give me any information. I was kicked out of my online account because they changed the gate code and wouldn't tell me what it was. Then I tried to pay other ways and offered a credit card over email. They told me to refer to an email that had gone to spam because of their terrible grammar and spelling, that said they were auctioning my belongings. Good luck with my old mattress, but you people are sheer evil.

Twin view storage is a nice clean facility. It was easy to rent from their 24 hour kiosk and the , the gate gives ample time before closing,Edit: do not rent here. They will not return your deposit even if you follow their rules. I moved out by January 28 and they still charged me for February. There is no live person to talk to, everything is online or text. And it's super easy to be shady to people when you don't have to talk to them or see them. The on site office was never staffed, not once the whole time I rented from them. Do yourself a favor and pick a storage facility that is a little further away but has live people to deal with.

The crew is kind and willing to help fit what you need. The units are clean, and updated. I haven't had a single issue in a year of renting with them.

I have been renting through twin view storage for the past 2 years and have always found them to be reasonable with prices. However, I've had the price get raised up three times on me, and I do not think it will be worth it much more if the prices keep rising up. I truly would like to keep renting through twin view as I feel like it is secure, I do not appreciate every six months my price elevating up on me. I am going to have to start clearing out my storage and not have one anymore with the rates going up consistently.

I love the place the lady that works there is amazing. Very good customer service skills. Very reasonable rates they are however for think we got the last one very clean and safe

It is so clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly. I like that there is a gate to keep random people out and I have a toddler who runs around and you can hear the gate opening so I know when cars are coming!
