I went in there just to look at the fragrances, and was greeted promptly with kind and courteous employees who were eager to assist me with my questions. Ended up buying an incredible fragrance burberry her! Obsessed!

The checkout girl was amazing! I wish I gotten her name. The people working the floor were awful. Only 1 of the 4 I spoke with was remotely helpful, but then she commented, “oh, you’re Door Dashing? You get paid for finding these things, not me.” Then walked off leaving me standing there. Horrible people created horrible experience.

Went in there for my first time and everything was finally. But the foundation k bought broke so i had to return. Asked multiple times for help and got the run around. Besides Zion going above and beyond to help me.
However Dianna the lead cashier is rude and obviously doesn’t know customer service, it took 30mins for a simple return. As I was walking out she said “Jeeze” super loud. Which was so uncalled for and so rude! I won’t be coming back at all. I did call and Sarah the manager apologized on her behalf, which she shouldn’t have to but I understand. I just won’t be back.

The store is always very clean. The associates are very helpful. There are several throughout the store To help with your beauty care needs.. The prices are average. The lines are usually long at checkout, but the associates are very fast moving the line.

Today my fiancé and went to go shopping while visiting on our trip and my cousin told me that Ulta has the cologne that she wears there, I was so excited. So we ventured in, looked around and couldn’t find it, but I could already tell by the multiple glares and looks we started to receive something felt off. One very nice thing women approach And asked if we needed any help and I was like absolutely I’m looking for a specific loan and upon stating the name of the cologne, the guy individual Rolled his eyes, Ignored my questions, pointed it out, and as he turned around, and he completely scoffed at me, Mind you I do spend a lot of money at Ulta on their skincare products and their shampoo and condition And after this experience, I won’t be going back in there.
My cousin was done at her appointment. She’s like I need to go and get some Mascara and some other things so we ventured back into the store and upon walking in multiple employees Started rolling their eyes at me and glaring again and were talking through their microphones and their earpieces And we’re like we’re not gonna help this person and the thing that bothers me the most as a person who is part of the LGBT community and who is very open-minded and I think that I should be accepted as they are but that was not the case.
I am a conservative gay republican and have every right to support whomever I choose. I was completely respectful, kind and but that’s not what I experienced except from one employee Dianna, she was so kind, polite and went about and beyond to talk to me, share about our new tattoos, then hugged and said see you soon. That’s excellent customer service.
To the others there Learn some manners, learn to be accepting, cause your disrespect was hurtful, heartless and borderline homophobic.
