The line was long when I arrived but the employees on duty were very fast and professional. I even saw an employee take the time to help an elderly customer ensure they had the correct address for their package and that it was labeled correctly in a very timely manner. I did not see the employees name but it was a female and the elderly gentleman was very appreciative. I have some elderly family in the area and when I see things like that it means a lot to me. This store stood out in my mind.

I went in to get paperwork notarized & was Appalled by how Rude Chelsea Aderhold was to me ! I’m elderly & disabled, I did nothing to deserve her Rude Behavior & I won’t be back ! 😡

The guys and girls make you feel your one of their team members. You walk in and they literally jump over the counter and help you unload your stuff and do all the paperwork for you (I’m a disabilited vet, cane, braces and all), hand you your receipt and help you to, and out of, the door and on your way.

I live nomadically so have to find local mailboxes when I stop for a season. This has been the friendliest mail place I've seen in years! Love that they're open 7 days a week, and open early-ish most days too. Sorry to go, but it's time to move on!

There is a young girl that works there with long hair and light skin that treated me so incredibly awful yesterday. She seemed like she couldn't be bothered and spoke to me like I was an idiot. She should NOT be in customer service at ALL!

Jordyn was my clerk. I was mailing some large vanilla envelopes via USPS and she ran out of postage while ringing me up. She quickly identified their problem and contacted her manager to add funds to the USPS account so that my transaction could be completed. She was very nice, fast and efficient. It's convenient & easy no matter how busy they are.
