This pharmacy is a joke. Brian you know who you are. You sir have the WORST customer service and needS to find a different type of job. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD! Customers you are better off going somewhere else for your Pharmacy needs, they always says insurance issues but it their pharmacy issues. If you go to CVS or SAFEWAY they never have issues with your prescription that your doctors prescribes. WORST PHARMACY HERE IS THE WALGREENS.

This Walgreens location is mediocre at best. The store itself is a bit disorganized and not as clean as other locations I've visited. However, the biggest issue lies with the pharmacy. I had a terrible experience picking up a prescription. Despite a long line that stretched to the back of the store, the pharmacy staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers.
After waiting for over 30 minutes, I finally got to the counter. The pharmacist came over to counsel me, and then left. A technician then took my prescription and said it needed to be counseled on again, even though the pharmacist had just finished. He then came back and struggled to complete the transaction, even having trouble with the stapler and needing to go get more staples. This entire process was a mess and turned my lunch break into a chaotic and frustrating ordeal, making me late for work. The lack of an efficient system or clear management is very apparent here.

I was standing in line and the cashier was rude, another cashier called me over because she could take me sooner she was exceptionally nice, she was in the photo department.

Every month I have to go several days without my medication because they somehow never have it in stock when I need a refill. And when I CAN pick up my meds, they act like it's an inconvenience that I'm making them do their job.

Service is awful, understaffed so they are rude, so rushed they're unhelpful. The automated phone system is garbage, disconnects, can't recognize yes or no answers and tells people you can pick up your prescriptions after 7 pm..YOU CLOSE AT 6!! No wonder your in financial trouble.

Notified me a hour ago that they were starting on my prescriptions, I have a broken ankle in two spots…I live over a hour away, so trying to wait for my meds. I call and ask how much longer it’s going to be and they say at least a hour…really two hours to fill two simple scripts that only last a few days? Wow, really professional. You can hear the female pharmacist in the background, “haha it’s ready when it’s ready…” really that’s how you treat people who urgently need meds? Just got out of the ER with two breaks and you want me to sit here for hours to wait for meds that take two minutes to fill? Trust me, I know it takes two minutes, I’ve worked in a vet hospital and filled meds all the damn time, it’s a very simple process. The fact that the pharmacist has the nerve to talk to customers like that, that are suffering and in pain, disgusting.

The farmacy have lazy people they don't want to attend any people they don't like example they tell you your meds are on lake Blvd go pick theme out or we don't have your meds we need to order this farmacy need to go our off our places and put a one will help people on our necessary

I had the most wonderful experience here. I came in for antibiotics that was not covered by my insurance and all of the pharmacy techs looked up different coupons for me to use to make it cheaper. They were all so patient and helpful even though I was within an hour of closing time. I understand how hard it must be to deal with people who are in pain all the time and I’m so grateful that I had a good experience. Thank you Brandy and Courtney!

If I could gives 0 stars I would. Far too many of medications have just, disappeared when they were filled and waiting for pick up.
Med's are never ready on time so we go days, sometimes even weeks missing medications.
Some of the techs are simply rude, despite people being very kind and pleasant and simply asking to fill or up prescriptions. This is truly the worst pharmacy and it's gone downhill over the last year. 0/5

Called at 9am to have my prescription transferred. Called this evening to see if it was ready. They never over the request to the other pharmacy... I am out of pills and now I have non for tonight. Way to help people Walgreens.. will never try and use them!!!

Prescriptions are never ready when they say they will be ready. I was also told the automated system is not accurate . I have to drive from Shingletown and I can't just run back home to wait. With an open tracheostomy, I am limited. I'm sure they are understaffed. But this is very disrespectful of customers who need them.
