I had a FedEx package to send and the shift supervisor was one of the most hostile and unhelpful people I've had the displeasure to meet in a long time. Openly angry and hostile. Obviously didn't want me there even though that was the expectation. 02/27/2024 at 2130. I will never use this location again. she obviously hates her job and should be fired.

OMG is this pharmacy slow..... Seems like they want to give consults for EVERY medicine they sell. Been here at least 15 minutes just waiting for a consult. F this place. I'll never come back here for prescriptions.

All the reviews are correct. HORRIBLE pharmacy service. No one in line except me, waited over 5 minutes before finally I asked if someone could help me. Snarky answers from both the women there. One was on the phone which I understand could not help me, the drive up one had NO ONE in line and was just walking around and yapping with the other helper in the back. All they had to say was hi we will be right with you, at least acknowledge the fact I'm there, and maybe a thank you after handing me my prescription would be nice. Manager Cory is very nice. Hopefully he can spread that to the pharmacy department.

The manager at store 5699 is extremely rude. I'd give her name but I was unable to even get a simple hello as I walked up to the counter. She has dark hair and dark rim glasses. I went in to pick up a large photo order. She never once acknowledged I was there. I gave the name for the order and as she logged into the computer didn't say a word. So I explained the sizes of photos as I had gotten large poster and small wallet sizes, as well as an order of holiday cards. She got the order, I had also picked up a few other items and rudely asked if I was buying them. I said yes. She threw them on the counter one by one as she scanned them. Finished up and didn't bother to even say have a nice day or thank you. I then had to return to the store as one of my 2 16x20 did not print correctly. The same manager being at the counter was again so rude. I explained I simply wanted an exchange of sorts, that the image did not print to the quality as the other. I even brought it back as well for comparison. She did have the cashier exchange it. But then as she lazily taped up a box, never said sorry for the issue. Made me feel like I was trying to get something for nothing. I even left behind the other image that was bad quality. At the end of it all a simple hello, goodbye, sorry for the hassel would have gone a long way, but for this person, apparently, it's a stretch for even basic customer service. 0 stars if it was allowed.

Wow! Never have I been so utterly disrespected. Went to the pharmacy window, stood there for over 10 minutes, 5 people back there ignored me. Finally, one of them steps out of the pharmacy and leaves through a door near me. I respectfully asked, “Will I get service at this window (thinking maybe I was at the wrong one)?” Guy snaps at me and says, “I’m helping these people right now!!”He returned to the pharmacy and went back to ignoring me. I can see why this Walgreens has such an abysmal rating.

Prescription for antibiotics called in at 11:30 on Friday, sit on hold multiple times for over 25 minutes each time trying to get through to someone to see if they're done 6 hours later and no one ever answers the phone. Call the next morning, sit on hold for 20 minutes, finally get a hold of someone and they tell you they'll pull them and fill them to give them 30 minutes. You actually wait 2 hours, to show up and they still aren't done. Do better Walgreens

Brittany in the cosmetics/beauty/lotions/etc. Dept. went above and beyond to help me find the items I needed. She had suggestions and knowledge about products and I am so grateful to have had her there when walking in. So patient, personable, kind and professional. That girl deserves a raise! Walgreens is lucky to have her. Seriously. I've worked in customer service all my life and I know a keeper when I see one.

After a long life for the first time i was refused service anywhere in a store ever. i attempted to buy a $500 gift card for my wife . I was asked some personal questions that went beyond proper. A series of them. i have had a lecture about how these cards are used in scams. Store clerk Rachel asked several excessive questions. Why am i buying the cards who for and where was she and more plus a not so dignified lecture in front customers. i am a gentleman and polite to working people. i have ten years of post grad work advanced degrees and licences have researched published taught chemistry and physics worked at a proton accelerator microbiologist and have a competency in recombinant DNA. Rachel treated me like a derelict. She lacks the personality and intellect to work with the public. Without competent training she will never ever work successfully in management. How what she did qualifies as helping and servicing me a regular customer escapes me. Customer service apologized profusely to me. That is unnecessary, Rachel should apologize and then be sacked I have never walked out of a store admonished embarassed treated like garbage.

Terrible! WRONG DOSAGE FOR MY 1 MONTH OLD! Told me to give my 1 month old baby 3ml of lasix, when he was only supposse to have 0.3! I asked a bunch of questions we talked for about 10 minutes. He even gave me more droppers assuring me to give him 3ml. This is 3xs the amount i was suppose to give my child. I came here hoping they would be a better alternative to the one on cypress because they gave me expired medicine for my son as well. Also I was charged for medications that my insurance covered. Over heard a couple in the ER also stating walgreens gave them the wrong prescription.

Very bad customer service! They put you on hold then hang up! The automated service doesn't programmed with all request. Their website isn't equipped with all options to chose. They are outdated technologically and can't provide the reasonable service.

Avoid this pharmacy. All the reviews are spot on. I recently moved to town and had my prescription sent here. The first time I picked up, I waited in line in-store for 40 minutes for 5 people in front of me, then another 40 minutes after being helped for the pharmacist to "verify the prescription" (whatever that means since it had been ready for pick up for a week). All I watched the pharmacist do was take 3 phone calls before taking its clip off the top of the bag. Last week I initiated a refill request online. It showed as processing for four days, and then suddenly was closed out and "no refills in progress" listed on my dashboard. So I called Sunday to initiate the refill verbally and was told it would be ready Monday at 10. Wednesday I went to pick it up, this is what the drive thru looked like. After finally reaching the window (an hour waiting), I was told I'd need to come back. I mentioned I got an email saying it was ready, and was very harshly answered "Well it's not so you can come back tomorrow at 11. Right now we're 14,000 prescriptions behind and yours is one of them so you can come back tomorrow and it'll be ready." I'm sure they deal with a lot of impatient customers than myself so remain on the defense, but the attitude would be very jarring if you were someone stressed and in desperate need of your medication (luckily I was not). Also how does Walgreens allow a location to backlog 14,000 prescriptions? I'll happily send my prescriptions to Target as an excuse to go shopping...however wanted to warn others to save them the same headache, especially for very important medications! :)
