Jake Mires at Homewood has been excellent to deal with. Prices have been in line with, or better, than what can be bought at the big boxes or online. Jake has been very responsive and when mistakes have been made he has dealt with them quickly to resolve.

Great place to go if you want the run around instead of your lumber!! My dad bought from them over a week ago and has been told delivery days only for them not to show up only to be told they were out of stock and had to order, was given a new delivery day and low and behold, no delivery and no call to inform him. He had to call only to be told he would get a call back by a certain time, and that call never came, we will never use the place again.

Went in to price an item several weeks ago. They couldn't give me the price over the phone so I went in the store. I was put in the office of someone who wasn't even there (super unprofessional) and ended up walking out after waiting almost 15 minutes. I made a follow up call a week later and the call was never returned. Then out of the blue, almost a month later, I finally got a return call and it was ridiculously expensive for a "discounted item". Get it together people. This is epically bad customer service and it will be a long time (if ever) before I return.

Beautiful building but the customer service can use some work. At least acknowledge your customer if it's busy.

We had tired of refinishing our cedar deck every 2 years or so. Decided that we wanted to replace it with composite decking. We looked at several building products stores before stopping by Weaver Lumber north of Anderson. At Weaver we met Chris Edenburn, who guided us through our decking options. When we decided on a product, Chris prepared an estimate for our consideration. We confirmed and placed the order. Within a few days, we had our delivery. We subsequently had to replace our joists that had deteriorated. Chris made sure we had excellent straight treated joist boards that were delivered the next day. We were very impressed with everyone we encountered at Weaver Lumber. Chris and his coworkers exemplify excellent customer service! We will definitely use them again. We wholeheartedly recommend Weaver Lumber for your building supply needs!

Tried to find out what kind of lumber these guys carry online and, no info at all. You click o. Website and no info on lumber. Weather you go on lowes or hone depot they have prices and info. After you read this you guys should really get a new IT person that displays all your product. Not just certain items

As a general building contractor in Red Bluff I find Weaver to be the best solution for my building material needs. I like to talk to Larry or Chris and get things taken care of.

Hard to watch contractors suffer the poor work ethic of Weaver's business, salesmen and other staff who fail to see a job through to completion. These guys constantly break promises on deliveries, send wrong hardware or don't even send anything at all. How do they expect contractors to run a successful business when they don't provide the basic hardware or lumber they need AND order to start their work day? Leaves the contractors to have to answer for Weavers mistakes. What a shenanigan show!
