i called customer service because i couldn't access my card ( the only money i have) because of "maintenance " that i was not notified of( which also lasted from 9pm -6pm the next day ) waited for 20 min got hung up on called again got tossed to someone who wasent even the right department, -10/10 fucking ridiculous. they couldn't even turn my card on from their end. DONT BANK HERE

Went to talk to them about getting a mortgage in Eureka California but they have no mortgage banker. The closest is 200 miles away. This is why people are closing their accounts.

The lack of bankers is ridiculous. I walked in to open an acct for my son and there is only one banker and they had appointments. If thr bankers is going to be booked with appts it seems like there should be more bankers available at the branch. I have banked with Wells Fargo for years and have never experienced the lack of help and lack of bankers previously.

They need to hire more people. I need to see a banker maybe once a decade at the most. I checked the appointment windows and nothing would work with my schedule. Figured walk in's would be fine. it was not fine. They had 4 tellers, 1 supervisor and 1 banker. I was not able to see the banker they were pretty much full all week. Wells Fargo has let me down so much over the last 13 years but this was the last time. I went to a local credit union who had 2 tellers and 3 bankers and a supervisor working and started a new account. They probably will complain about being short staffed and then try to low ball every applicant.

I sat in the Cypress branch waiting for them to provide an emergency wire for me. I finally was fed up and called Pine Street branch. Abdu answered the phone immediately and gave me the green light to come down The drive over took longer than the time to do the wire Abdu Reda went above and beyond to save the day

Lots of perks, but exactly what you expect from a big corporation....horrible customer service. It always takes a long time to get help and when you have an issue no one wants to deal with you. Can't wait until I don't need the perks anymore so I can go to a credit union.
