4/10 chop shop . Xpo doesn’t deserve your money. David did my grandmother nails as thin discolored gel polish for 40$ when it wasn’t even the right color, simply they did not mind and didn’t try to translate our issue. They use google translate to speak to you WHEN THEY WANT. This lady that did my names was pretty nice and finished my nails quick n short for 55 THREE SNAPPED OFF MY 5 HOUR SHIFT. I’m no pro but I know right from wrong and this is wrong for the employees and the customer.

Don’t go to Xpo Nails. I wrote out a long detailed review twice, but when I would scroll to the bottom to post it, the page would reload and delete it, so I’ll keep it short.
One appointment here, and you will probably spend months trying to get your nails pretty and healthy again. They completely ruined my nails which I have been maintaining for 8.5 months, my REAL nails were long and well shaped, and they shaved them down to damn near paper thickness. All of my real nails are ruined. My acrylic overlays lasted LESS THAN 2 WEEKs, before every. Single. Nail. Is. Lifting.
They would not give me the design I asked for. The set NEVER looked good, with all the gems looking wonky and within 12 hours of the appointment, 5 gems were already gone.
So, so many issues with this place.
I have never in my life been more disappointed and upset about a nail salon.
They messed up so much, weren’t careful and while drilling my nails down to paper, caused bleeding wounds.

Pretty irritated my eye brows are uneven on every level losing a quarter of my right one I’m embarrassed tried to look cute for Easter guess that’s not gonna happen 🥹 then they raised their prices in the last month apparently 🤷♀️

Do NOT go to this place. My friend went in to get a fill. She had some missing on the other hand, they suggested To take off these three nails shown in the picture that didn’t need to be taken off they could’ve just been easily filled.. They nipped them with a finger nail clip close to the skin, and then the lady decided to rip the nails off with a fake nail, even though my friend was telling them that it was hurting.. After ripping the nails off her, this is how it ended they bleed so bad, They did not even apologize.. After my friend telling them that she was leaving and that she was in pain they Continued to ask her if she was sure and if she wanted to do her nails!!! Not even feeling sorry or apologizing for what they did… Very unprofessional!!

DO NOT GO TO XPO NAILS.
I used to go here and stopped going cause I always heard people saying horrible things about this place, and I was never really happy with the way the way either how the turned out or how they treat their customers.. well I decided to give them another shot today and I am so so soooo mad at myself for doing so, I had a couple old acyrlic nails on and the girl clipped them off with DIRTY clippers and didn’t hold tension on my fingers while doing so, which caused my whole old “fake” nail on top of my natural nails to spilt!! it hurt so bad I instantly felt the pain. I told her OMG that hurt! And she said “hurt?” And kept cutting my old nails off while she clearly sees me bleeding… finally the owner came over and tried to take the rest of the old nails off and then wanted to CONTINUE the service after and do a full set, clearly seeing the open wounds on my hands. I said absolutely not! I am out of here and not ever coming back, I was so upset, neither of them apologized for destroying my natural nails and were absolutely fine with me walking out. I can see why now people talk endless bad things about this place, not to mention they have no common curtsey, or social skills at all. I’m bummed! This is my first time even ever writing a review but it was either this or call state bored, I have never been so disappointed and ashamed of getting a service done in my life to draw me to the point of making this post!!

Probably the worst nail experience I have ever had. Please note that cuticle care is not included in a full set and will be charged an additional 10$ for a “manicure” I’ve never been to a salon that did not include that in the nail prep. He was very harsh and aggressive when filing, Shape was lopsided and uneven. The man didn’t say a single word the whole time, which is fine but very uncomfortable. He kept pulling out tools that were not new including the buffer and nail file were used already and no drill bits were labeled “clean” place is dirty I would never return or send anyone here after this.

Ive always came here and never had a bad experience with besides this time i went to get a full set pedicure everything was fine until i realized the lady doing my nails dipped the tool in my foot water and put it back where she got it later on she ended up cutting not one but four of my toes one is very bad its been almost a week since its super swollen hard as a rock and very painful super disappointing as i paid $75 for them and have never once had an issue at this salon its always been my favorite and #1 recommendation

Super unsanitary I made an appointment when I got there tr*** was doing someone else’s fill she called me over and sat me down in the same place the lady was just getting a fill. Did not wipe the table, switch the tools or even change the towel you rest your hands on. I was disgusted. 2 of my friends have got infections on their nails and toes. I would not waste your time here unless you want green fingers.

This is my absolute FAVORITE nail salon--I've tried other salons but nobody is better than Xpo Nails!!! THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!!
