I've worked with this company for a while (I haven't been back because of personal reasons)... They are great... But the flip side was they come up behind (me) and do a surprise time study, and they pay people with disabilities "under the table" sub minimum wage... And when ever I have problems with something at work... I talk to the job coaches, and they don't even care about my feelings, just because I have missed a protocol a gust left their personal belonging in a room, i grabbed it and put it in a plastic bag, marked the room number and date and time on it. I got side tracked, and (something happened) they (SYWC) accused me of stealing the item that went missing... I never (nor will I ever) go back.
