Lindsey @ Zach Bay State Farm provided the most efficient and helpful service I’ve ever gotten on the other end of the line w/ an insurance agency.
That being said, while I’m here, the young man I signed with (Jacob) was good to me.
Come to think of it, Kennedy (costumer care rep) was very helpful and streamlined like Lindsey is.
I suppose I just recommend this agency?
I’ve had a really great experience w/ them.

State Farm is very considerate of its customers. I got a call from Lindsay to make sure I had the coverage I wanted and to let me know about my upcoming renewal. Overall very satisfied with them, highly recommend.

Vanessa and Kennedy are two of the best agents to work with! I use to work with them both at a previous agency and their attention to detail, customer service, and communication is over the top! Your insurance quotes will be completed with a smile on their faces, and a wise crack joke that you’ll laugh about for weeks on end! Our debit card was compromised through fraud making it necessary to close card. This caused delay in the. current payment. The staff at State Farm worked very close with me almost on a daily basis to make sure our car insurance was not delinquent. it is great to have personnel to care on a personal basis and not a number.
