Saw the cashier adding tape to the credit card reader. They should get a new one if it's breaking down that bad. Everyone should be careful with the credit card reader scams that are going on too because some of them are initiated by the cahiers

Parking in front. No one else was there early in the morning so it was quiet. Just wanted to buy lottery tickets, one of each. Service was fast with a smile.

I've been coming to this 7 Eleven for a few years now. I love the staff here. They have always treated me well. They play positive Christian music. They always have a great selection of items to choose from.

Singh is a very rude old man who seems very miserable. Rude for no reason and has no courtesy customer service! This will be the third time me coming back and him being very ugly.Something wrong with him. Not ever going back with his morning schedule.

no bathrooms for customers area very iffy already ... go across the street to mc donalds. dont bother going to shell, arco, chevron, or circle k they will either tell you the bathrooms are out of service or they dont have them but according to the city hall of highland there suppose to supply restroom for there customers so go figure that.

Out of order slurpee machine on 7/11... sure. I will not support this store any more. I was coming to make the day for my kids and buy them a snack or ice cream as well to help support.

There was a special going on two pieces of pizza for 250+ add a big gulp for $.49 I ordered two pieces of pizza but the gentleman at the register only gave me one and then when I went to go get napkins I looked inside the box thinking that both two were stacked on top of each other then I walked immediately back up to the register and said I wanted two pieces of pizza and I pointed at the deal because obviously his English was not that great And he said he couldn't do anything because he already rang it up I go can I return this no you can't return food. As it was your mistake he goes no you ordered one piece I said no I ordered two he says if you order two I would've given you two boxes I said you didn't here anyways worst customer service will never ever ever be back!!! Yea f they had 0 stars I would have given them that

The kid that works there is very rude. Every time i go I there he seems to have a glitch with me. When I go there every one that works there they are amazing. But this new kid is becoming a problem everytime I go in 711 he tents to have a problem with me. I am debating if I should go there anymore. I think if you dont like your job dont work there. Today the new kid went in the back knowing i was going there then said what do i need I get the same thing Every time I said the same thing 2 packs. Then he replied one I said 2 than he held the cigarettes like i was going to steal them. After said in not serving you no more. I need to figure out how i can resolve my problem so I can just grab and go.

Came in the store prior to going to the gym to grab a water and vitamin c tabs. To purchase item’s I Used my Apple Pay and left . After leaving the gym ( 2 1/2 hours later) i decided I no longer wanted the vitamin c tabs so I decided to return them. I arrived to the counter and Singh ( cashier) begins to scan the items as if I wanted to buy them (again). I carefully explained to him that I was just in the store and wanted to return the tabs. He says you can’t return them without a receipt. I said I was just here less than 3 hours ago besides you never gave me a receipt . I can show you the purchase on my Apple Card app but I don’t have the ( physical) receipt. He continues to speak ( lowering his voice) from what I could understand that he didn’t have the receipt. All I wanted was for him to put the money back on my card, he seemed to have trouble understanding or this was his way of not allowing me the credit. If you can’t communicate effectively why are you in a customer service position. Due to the inconvenience I had to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. Going forward I’ll take my business elsewhere.
