Stop to get coffee and gas , makes a bad day for customers and the employee when there's no lids for your coffee. Employee have to explain the reason to everyone. Have to waste more time going somewhere else.

Came to pick up a lottery ticket and employee told me that I have to show my ID. Really? Don't I look old enough to buy a ticket? LOL She says that they have to do it every time. Seems inconvenient to me.
