Larry and Michael were absolutely accommodating. I love their customer service and they kept me informed, no surprises. The service they did, and the quick turnaround was outstanding. I will definitely be referring them to family and friends.

They got it fixed, but it took 2 trys. Customer service was very good but total my truck was down for 3 days. That's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5

Aamco Redlands is a great place. First time there. I will definitely be back. Hopefully under different circumstances. I needed a truck for Monday because they were working on mine. The owner brought his in for me to use. They were quick and I knew what was going on.

After being unable to receive service at another shop for my 1998 motorhome, I took it to the Redlands Aamco shop. They had the both the facilities and the expertise to diagnose the two transmission issues and make the repair. They even found some small worn vacuum lines and replaced them for nothing. The timeframe and cost were fair and I am very happy with their service. I recommend this very clean shop to anyone needing an engine or transmission diagnostic and repair.

*Please read fully. I bought a 2014 Honda Accord Sport 2.4L Manual Transmission from Carvana and 6 months later started having transmission problems. I started Google searching the problems and researching the solutions. During my independent research, I came to the conclusion that my best option for my car was to purchase a remanufactured transmission, followed by having my transmission rebuilt. I called around about eight transmission shops in my area looking for an honest reputable shop to replace my transmission or to rebuild the one I had. I called Aamco Transmissions of Redlands and spoke with Angel who assured me that he could source parts and have my transmission rebuilt in about one week. I made an appointment to drop my car off and saved what I thought was the the appropriate amount of money. After I dropped my car off I am I immediately noticed that Angel started missing scheduled progress reports and excusing broken promises with more lies. As he had my car in his possession and he is the manager of the store I did not want this business to start destroying my car so I patiently waited and did not call or harass the business or threaten them. I just wanted to get my car back in functional condition. It took this business one week to do the initial diagnostic on my car and finally give me an estimate for repairs. The estimate for a rebuilt transmission from the manager's mouth was approximately $8500. As I had already paid $1300 for the diagnostic I agreed to pay for the full repairs and I started scrambling for the reminder due. One more week went by and during one of our conversations Angel let it slip that he was waiting for a unit to come in. We had agreed upon him rebuilding my transmission, so when I asked him what he meant he said some nonsense about having a mechanic out of the country and just more lies. I did not say anything and just asked him for the next progress report. Two days later my car was ready for pick up. I went and and made the final payment and looked at the receipt. Angel had charged me for a remanufactured transmission and had installed it onto my vehicle. That explains the very high price that I had to pay for it. I looked at him and smiled and pretended I did not understand. I paid for the service and left without saying a word. I feel like I am a victim of predatory salesmanship... I feel like it may have been a result of the color of my skin or that this particular person just believed that I had no idea what he was doing, but he chose to lie directly into my face incessantly and to sell me the most expensive thing that he could for my car. He believes that he got away with it all the way up until he reads this review. I want the world to know that I would have gladly purchased a remanufactured transmission as that was ideal as far as I was concerned and I could not find one from any other shop. Angel never had to lie to me in order to get me to buy one, it's the best case scenario as far as I am concerned. I am very happy that I found a remanufactured transmission in this economy and that I have a reliable car to drive for years to come. That being said, I will never do business with this location again, and I really don't trust any car repair business at all. I feel like these people are unethical and they lie and cheat and steal like common thieves and even when you are polite and moral and patient and kind and virtuous and civilized these people view you as being ignorant and easy pickings and they deliberately prey on you if they sense the opportunity to do so covertly. That man had no reason to lie to me and to "Trick" me out of my money, because I would have gladly paid for the "most expensive sale" knowingly if he had just been honest, and this would be a 5 star review. I think that these people are scumbags and scammers. I would never want my mother going to them for help! Thanks, Capitalism. *Clutch failed after 6 months. Angel lied about that Too!

I had a check engine error code saying my fuel level sensor voltage was low...so I replaced the fuel pump and fuel level sensor but still had the code problem. After checking all the connections I could find I decided to take it to Ammco for their diagnostics. Scott did a excellent job of tracing the voltage from the battery to the fuel pump and then to the fuel gage all were normal but after the fuel gage the voltage goes to the computer...that's where the problem was...a bad connection to the computer...Scott was a awesome trouble shooter I appreciate Scott the technician that worked on my car and Michael the service manager...I would recommend their shop to my family and friends, and I’m going to be a return customer if I can’t figure out something myself...

I had an issue with my truck.... check engine light was on, and they looked it over for me. It was a 10 amp fuse. That sense of "we got you " it gave me a good feeling.

The shop is clean and well organized. Go early as business is brisk. Michael was a great help. Scott performed his usual excellent work. He has been my mechanic since God was a boy and brought my service to AAMCO when he changed work locations. My only request is that you might consider putting a portable heater and side curtains around your customer waiting area and mebbe offer coffee and hot chocolate to waiting customers. Burrr!

Larry and his team did everything they could to make our experience of a failed transmission as painless as such a major issue can be. We appreciated the updates, honesty, and concern that Larry showed throughout the process. So if you're looking for high quality work, great customer service, and an owner who truly cares about each customer, take your vehicle to Larry.

I have a Chevy transverse and a F150 that had a slip in the transmission every once in a while when accelerating which I think was due to old fluid. No check engine light , but mileage was close to recommend replacement. I scheduled both cars and was able to get them by the end of the day. The front desk people were very patient and answered all my questions. Pros: price was fair about 2/3 of dealership mechanic. No surprise charges l. Same day service. Cons: They could explain more up front when you drop off your vehicle. Call sooner with updates.

Very professional and courteous staff. Although I didn't get my vehicle repaired with them. Mark and the other staff were professional all the way through. There was no up sale of services.
