Stephanie was a cashier at the time of incident. Let's place some of grocery items on the conveyor belt. I must have been taking too long for Stephanie. She began to run it after I placed my hand on the belt. I have a back and leg injury.I was supporting myself. She was waiting for my cart instead of grabbing another one right behind her. She was very unpleasant to speak to and her professionalism was lacking. I went through the store asking several different associates for items and help and they're more than helpful. Stephanie at the cashier station is not a good representation of Aldis.

We (my family and I) love shopping here. We just wish aisle with all the outdoor items, etc, weren't so scarce.

Worst customer service staff. They're not friendly or helpful. The store closes at 9pm and their staff starts closing their bathroom over 1 hour before. So disappointed since I love shopping at Aldis. I will definitely not come to this store again. For a store that's in a nice area, they have poor service.
The Highland and Hospitality Lane stores are so much nicer.

Lovely place to shop. Great selection of organic produce. The employees have been polite and helpful. Always boxes available to put produce in.
