I was referred here by my hair stylist that works over at SOLA and I’m not mad about it. Walked in and sat right down in a pedicure chair! Awesome! They were welcoming and kind and I noticed that with the stragglers that were coming in an hour before they closed. One even offered to come back the next day and they refused and offered her the chair next to me. Had a pretty thorough pedicure, and the guy was very detail oriented, which is always appreciated. It sucks feeling rushed when you just wanna be pampered. I definitely will be back and perhaps will put it up with my hair appointment so I could get a full pampering in one parking lot! They fixed my nail no problem! I had to wait a few minutes but they made it right for me! I appreciate it Update: Gel is peeling off again, smudged and unsealed. I've come to the conclusion that they were never cured properly under UV light. I am reconsidering going back to get a fill on this set.. Too much hassle with my nails at this point.

Extremely disappointed in my experience here yesterday, and likely won't ever be back. I came to get my nails done for my birthday and left wishing I hadn't wasted so much of my time here!! I called ahead of time, and asked if they knew how to do gel X nails, and they told me they did so I made an appointment. I came for my appointment on time, and had to wait roughly 20 mins to get seated, but I had some time so no biggie. The issue came when they tried to put the gel X on my nails. They clearly don't actually know how to do these nails and their curator is not strong enough to actually curate the nails. I could barely feel heat from that little lamp, when at normal shops I am having to remove my hand to shake it because it gets so hot and that is how you know it is actually working and sealing. He kept gooping on more product trying to get it to stick to my nails, and then sanding it off, over and over. He completely ruined all of the nail growth I had just achieved using Luminary for the past 2 months. He had the nerve to ask me if I had had these nails done before. LOL! Yes, sir, I have, which is how I know you are not doing it correctly!!! After 2 hours and him cracking 2 of nails sanding them down so much, I had enough and told him to stop and that I would go to another shop that knows what they are doing. I should have just left from there, but I stayed for my pedicure, which was mediocre at best. The massage sucked. Definitely ask for one of the girls if you are even going to bother going. Long story short, I ended up at S3XY nail. They were able to do the gel X nails that I wanted and their curator actually works. So if you want good gel X nails, I recommend you don't go here. And if you're getting a pedicure, make sure you ask for one of the girls.

Kind of a long wait if you don't have an appointment, but they do really good work- worth the wait if you have the time to wait.

I just had my nails done and left unhappy. I requested an acrylic gel manicure for my friend's wedding and was given a regular gel manicure. The male nail technician did not ask about my preferred nail shape for the appointment. The sides of my fingernails have nail polish on them and my appointment was finished in 15 minutes. The establishment feels unorganized. Earlier in the day, I made an appointment and waited 20 minutes for a technician when I arrived. I am pretty bummed and will not be returning.
