“The admin is good about getting any questions answered in the appropriate time and any maintenance requests on time. Communication, and maintaining the landscaping is solid, with nice amenities as well! While the application may have a bit of a wait time due to demand, it all worked out. That of course is situation-based. Since then I have been very pleased with our place. Looking forward to renewing my lease again”
“I’ve had such a great experience here. Only four stars though because it takes FOREVER for maintenance to do anything.
Everett the manager is so easy to talk to and they are so understanding when rent is paid late.
I’ve never had a place be soooo understanding and helpful.
I wish maintenance was faster, and a jacuzzi would be nice haha.
Very quiet too.

“Want to say a thank you to Juan Carlos (maintenance) at Countrywood Apts for coming to fix my A/C so quickly. I put in the work order via the portal app last night and followed up this morning with a phone call. By 1 PM the AC was up and running cold air again. ☺Juan Carlos went up to the roof to fix something that had broken, replaced broken part and put in a new AC filter. With the temperatures running above the 90s, I’m very grateful to Countrywood team to have acted so swiftly.”
