Kendall my sales representative he really helped me a lot.
I screwed up on my part,and he willing to fix it and help me.
Sorry for my mistake but then i didnt realize verizon block my network service and put my cellphone number to blacklist.
I have to call Monday so I can talk to verizon via phone.

Daniel & Moon were amazing. Incredibly helpful and super nice. Helped me with every stupid problem (my inability to work a phone). They were awesome!! 10/10 will come back for future needs!!!

Went in for repair came out with a virus !!
I went in to get my phone repaired. I had submitted my insurance claim The associate that greeted me was very nice. However, the repair guy came out, He looked like he was on some type of drugs, shaking, and just moving around a lot he took my phone and he started messing with it saying he was running a diagnostic on it he said I may not be able to do the repair because there was some type of damage to the Housing And that it would have to be a full claim where I would have to come out of pocket $150-$250 I said no I do not want to pay that because I pay for insurance. It’s not even that bad of a crack on the back but he said it’s messed up. I’ve never been told this before and Phones in the past repaired with no issue He said to me I will try to get this done in He called me 45 minutes later saying that he was unable to repair it. Personally, I believe that he took the phone back and set it on a table and didn’t do anything to it except put a virus or something on it because It doesn’t function the way it did it’s slow even when typing it leaves the keyboard and goes to another app. I had to reset because every time I would try to send a text Type in anything in a search bar, it would freeze and Completely leave the page.

Came in for a phone replacement the process was so smooth and easy! Evelyn is the associate that helped me get through the whole ordeal. She's extremely attentive, informative, and comprehensive met and understood my needs. Overall the whole experience was great the staff is awesome and very helpful!
