i went in for a concern where my phone had deleted all my contacts i had put in for the last two years and Moon helped me, he was rude and it seemed like he was already in a bad mood when we had walked into the store. He talked to me like i was stupid or something, he told me he couldn’t help with the issue i was having and that i should google it. Moon made me feel very unwelcome in the store and made me disappointed in the customer service here since i’ve been a customer for years and i have never been treated this badly when i go in for a problem i’m having.

Micheal and Kendall are amazing and did phenomenal job helping me and my family get new phones, the cellular signal is phenomenal as well as reliable

Kendal provided great customer service by seeking a solution to the problem that led me to visiting the store. Unfortunately the rest of the associates were not as receptive to him when he was verifying information to provide me. His peers should model their customer services to him style. Thank you Kendal!

I came in ATT Store in Redlands, CA. I was greeted by Michael. I had tmobile for about 10 years and was thinking about switching carriers. I'm the type of customer that likes to ask lots of questions. Michael was very helpful and knowledgeable, he explained all the services and plans that ATT offered. After about an hour of Michael explaining to me about price plans and other services, I decided to port my lines over. While Michael was setting up all my phones, I was able to chat with the other sales reps as well as meet the store Manager AL, who he double checked I was put on the right plan. All in all, I have received amazing customer service from all the employees. This ATT Redlands store has made me a Raving Fan! I will surely be coming back!

Went in to switch over from a different company. Luckily they had the phone we wanted, but when we got our new bill, they had added insurance without our knowledge. We were never asked or told about it in the store, otherwise we would have declined. Thankfully we caught it early, but it was done without our knowledge or consent, and without them even mentioning it. This is shady business practice, so check your bills for any added fees they put on there without telling you. They get compensation for adding insurance, so I'm not surprised they do this to people without letting them know so they aren't able to refuse.

I came in today to consider switching my family over to AT&T from T-Mobile and upgrading my phone. The sales guy, Kendall, was so rude. The quote he gave us had a bunch of extras (insurance, upgraded storage, etc.) and when I asked how much it would be without those extras, he had a bad attitude. Then, I wanted to know how much it would be with an additional line/trade-in and he became even ruder and uninterested in answering. I’m not sure if that’s just how he is or if he just didn’t like that we weren’t interested in falling for his aggressive sales tactics. Either way, it left such a bad impression that I’ll probably just stick with T-Mobile.
